The process of buying the camera was fantastic. I had a question about the functionality of it and I called them and help me making a final decision. I haven't tested the camera yet, but I hope all is fine.

Terrific customer service. I ordered a lens but had my credit refused. Called and spoke to a gentleman ( I apologize for not remembering his name) explaining what happened. I tried too many times and it locked me out. He said he was working on Saturday and would make a note to follow up. Saturday I got a call from him saying my card went thru and it would be shipped at the beginning of the week.

I recently purchased a used Nikon TC-14E III teleconverter from KEH. Its prices were competitive, and the selection was good. KEH packed the item carefully and shipped it promptly. It arrived quickly and in the promised condition.

I received my camera and one lens which was great. Although, I wasn't notified for a few days that the 24-70 that I was buying wasn't in stock. I had to reach out to KEH to figure out what was going on. I was bumped up to overnight shipping which was great but it was disappointing about the fulfillment issue with the lens.

I ordered a lense from this company and ended up getting the wrong one but they were super helpful with the return process and any questions I had.

I ordered a used, like new Canon 70-200 mm lens, and I was not disappointed! It arrived on time, and it was packaged securely. I will definitely be ordering ALL of my lenses from here moving forward!

I have been looking for this piece of gear for 2 years with not much luck on the online auction sites. I put in for an email alert if one showed up here and in a few weeks one popped up for a very reasonable price. I ordered it, it shipped super fast, and its in great ccondition.Very happy with everything.

Everything was good. Minor issue, I paid to have 2 day delivery but it took about 4 days to get here. It turned out it wasn't needed till the next day, however, we did pay for it?
It was a good experience though and thank you making it easy.

KEH shipped my camera body to me quickly. I bought an item rated excellent plus and was pleased with the condition and function of the camera when it came in. The camera looked brand new and thus far is operating beautifully. Would highly recommend!

Price was reasonable. Delivery was punctual. Merchandise quality was perhaps better than rated. Overall an excellent transaction. As always with KEH.

At least third time buying a lens from KEH. Not sure how they source such flawless hardware. This one about 75% of the price of a brand new one made the choice very easy. My confidence in them was not misplaced.
