I'm happy with my purchase! Product came as described and I had to chose 2-day shipping (due to holiday weekend and fear of not getting the lens in time for my trip). Lens came a day early and was in safe packaging! Will definitely order from KEH again in the near future!

The lens came in excellent condition, the only thing that's off is that the hood that came with it is supposed to be for a different lens.
The lens was everything the description said it was and it works flawlessly. A photo of the actual lens would be nice but I have never been disappointed with anything I bought by description only from KEH.
Did not know it was a sign to have the package delivered. KEH has most FedEx shipping options blocked. So I had to jump through many loops so I could pick up in-store since I work during the day!
Once I got this changed it was fine. Would and will order from again.
Quick Shipping. Exactly as described. Price was reasonable for the quality of the item.
The delivery was made on time but was not left on the steps, it was left behind a gate on a table and it was not visible at the gate.
I reported the item missing.
Actually the placement of the package was a good thing and my compliments to the driver.
But sometime before the item was located, either a high wind or some other way, the package was moved farther down the yard and ended behind some bushes. It took 3 days before I accidentally located it.
The item had been rained on, but was properly packed and the lens undamaged when unboxed. I hope Fedex continues to put packages behing the fence. Thank you for your efforts.

I have no clue what "BGN' actually means. After 4 purchases this year, every product looks "Exc ++" to me. Including the recent Nikon digital. Maybe because it had 18k shutter count? It looks perfect and is operationally perfect. Certainly a lot "Minter" than the "Near Mint" cameras on Ebay from Japan. Maybe the word mint doesn't translate well.
The only issue I've ever had from KEH is the package being left at the end of my 100 ft driveway. But that's not KEH. That's those morons at FedEx.
Got it a few days early. Lens is nice and sharp enough, bought at excellent +. Worth what I paid, much rather buy from here than full price for basically the same quality. Lens performs well for portraits, pictures of the moon, bare bones "nature photography" (if you can get close enough undetected).
I receive the camera very quickly and that impressed me a lot.
From start to delivery this was a perfect purchase. The lens is outstanding, KEH couldn't have done better in every facet of this purchase from packaging to shipping. The attached photo was taken with the lens I purchased.

Item was described as being in excellent condition however only half of it was the actual oem charger. The other half was a replacement that was intended to be a replacement part. It fits but rather poorly and raised questions about its safety to charge a $3800 camera as intended
