If you insist on charging to return the package, and many other retailers don't, at least generate the label and deduct like B&H. Making me go to USPS or ups to create and pay for label is lousy.

And if your photos were better and more clear what the product really looks like I would have seen the straps better and not ordered them in the first place. You are a photo store and can't put better photos on it?

I have ordered a few lens from KEH and everyone, including my most recent order, has been better than expected.

Ordering was very easy and I received my items quicker than I expected. They were well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

Returned lens due to me ordering wrong lens. The customer service was outstanding and I got my replacement lens and refund of the difference immediately.

I didn't know the light meter was delivered because KEH's website said it was still in transit for days after it was delivered, and FedEx's website displayed an error every time I tried to track it.

Honestly awful post sales support.

Lack of empathy, understanding issue, honestly gave up with trying to resolve the issue. Went to my local camera store and purchased the accessory I needed (which should have been included in order).

When the customer considers rebuying the product again and screen recording the process because post sales doesn't listen to what the customer is saying - then maybe you have an issue.

Very easy to learn and use, perfect compact size and charges pretty quickly.

I have ordered multiple times from KEH and it has always been a fantastic experience! The prices are resonable, shipping is very fast, and the quality of the gear is amazing. You can usually expect to receive and item that is in even better condition than it's rated. If you're looking for used camera gear I would not hesitate to order from KEH!
