Keh and all of them have been great quality! They have some of the best prices available too! I don't see any other reason to use another company for used camera items!

I had a quite complicated situation that was made rather easy. I had two large trade ins to apply towards another purchase. They were able to hold my dream camera for me as everything was processed. The entire time I worked through a sales person named Sean and he was awesome! I am over happy with KEH and will buy from them for years to come!

I have ordered several lenses from KEH in the past, but this was my first time ordering a used camera. The condition was as expected, and shutter count was very good as well. They placed it in a KEH branded camera bag, and while it is not the nicest bag I have seen, it was a nice touch, and I actually used it while shooting a band the other night.

I had to call fedex directly to be able to get my package and learned I can have it sent directly to my address, the automatic address that was input based on my home address was not a place in which fedex delivered to

I love shopping at KEH because I have confidence that I get a good working gear. Perhaps my only complaint was that when I ordered this Sony A6600, I expected the original battery to come with the camera. Instead I got a 3rd party battery. Maybe perhaps in description it should state.

Generally good. I did have some early fears as I didn't have an instructions and the camera warned me it was overheating as I tried to set the preferences. I apparently had the screen on too long. I shut it off to cool and recharged the battery and everything seems OK. I down loaded the manual from Fuji's web site and I have since ordered the original manual from you. It should arrive today.
