Inputting the delivery address was tricky due to my mailing address, but overall a great experience!
I am traveling and have not been able to test the lens out. I tried to have the delivery address changed but it proved to be more difficult than I thought and eventually gave up. The customer service rep tried to help but it seemed to be more difficult than I expected. Might want to evaluate your systems.

I received a camera that did not work, which was a bummer... I called to let Keh know within minutes of figure out that it didn't work. The costumer service rep was great, he explained how sometimes things get past the people who test the cameras and then told me he would send me new one so long as I recycle the broken one appropriately. I have now received the working camera and it works! Which is great, overall a very hassle free exchange. I will be recommending Keh to friends now as well as continue to use. Thanks for not making me send the broken camera back before you sent me one that actually works, it made kind of a bummer situation pretty great. I can't remember the name of the man that helped me over the phone, but he should get a high five or some pizza.
