Website is easy to navigate. Description of items are always as described. I found many hard-to-get items in good condition and at a fair price. Items are packed well and a tracking number is given upon shipping with a confirmation E-mail. It's very easy to do business with KEH.

Shipping was very quick (I chose overnight and it arrived on time), it was packaged robustly and my item was very secure. Quality was as expected and I feel was a great deal, the zoom was slightly loose but does not affect shooting. Really happy with this purchase!
