I placed an order totaling nearly $700. The items arrived in a box that was torn open. Instead of receiving the 12 pulls and 18 knobs that I ordered, I received 20 pulls. Given that the pulls were 3 times the cost of the knobs, I should have just kept them. I called to tell them their error and request an RMA for the return of 18 pulls, and asked them to please send me the 18 knobs post haste. The person I spoke with constantly interrupted me and put me on hold for long time periods. She said that they would not send me the items I did not get until they had the incorrect ones back at their warehouse (about 1 week). After some checking with "supervisors," she said they would ship my items after they had confirmation of the tracking number for the return. However, they have not sent me an RMA and I have called and talked to 3 more people (who constantly interrupt me as well) and say that they will send it soon. If I any idea this would be such a problem, I would have purchased locally.

In December I ordered a plumbing tool from a firm on the West Coast and they sent my order to this supplier on the East Coast. The item was out-of-stock and they told me it would ship by a particular January date. It shipped on-time and there was follow-up email where I confirmed receipt. A simple order but well handled.
This was the second Delta TouchX0 faucet that I have ordered from KBA. Both times the product was perfect and I was notified every step of the process. I have found their price to beat the others and the product is the exact same one. I will be back for sure.
I choose K&BA because they beat Amazon by a few bucks. But with the errors in tracking, poor site design, lack of information, and rude customer service, why would you bother ordering from them? I called in twice to check on the status of my order since the site, nor emails gave me up to date information, and I don't know if it is the company or New Yorkers, but all I got was just attitude. It is like I owe them for giving them money?! No thanks.
I bought this for my Ruvati 8001 sink. It says it is 19", it is 18", so it was misrepresented. I have called a few times and they never get back to me like they say they are re return and refund info. Gave them my email and telephone number and nothing. I want to return this and get a refund NOW. If not, I will dispute charges on my credit card and report to BBB.
I am happy with the price I paid for my shower door. It was considerably less than Home Depot or Lowes. Not happy with the time its taking to receive my product. I received a tracking number last week. I called this week because the tracking number was not valid, and was told my product wont ship for another week or 2. They said they were backed up with the holidays. That sounds like a personal problem, and I shouldnt have to suffer for it. Hire more trucks or ship it another way.
Customer service was good, but it took 3 weeks to even get a tracking number. When I finally did UPS scheduled a delivery date and never showed up. I called UPS and they told me they forgot to put it on the truck.It came the next day by tractor trailer and was delivered to the end of my driveway. Frustrated!

I ordered the Robern Integrated Lighting Mirror Medicine Cabinet. I'm very happy with the product. I was contacted through email several weeks after I placed my order that the mirror/medicine cabinet was on back order and was given a specific date when it was expected to arrive Kitchen & Bath Authority warehouse and that it would be shipped to my address on the following day. I assumed that I would get a notice when my order was shipped out from K&B Authority. When I didn't hear anything I called customer service about my order and was told that it had arrived, but was being "processed". A week and half went by and I received no notification nor my item so I called customer service again about my order. There was a lot of "back and forth" so I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor responded quickly and looked into the details of my order. Apparently, my item was still on back order and had not even arrived. I understand that things happen, but I would just like to know what's going on. Initially, I was not given the correct information which was a problem for me because I was trying to schedule workmen to come to install the item. Again, I understand issues around back orders and that things happen that are not within anyones control, but originally I couldn't get any information about my order. The supervisor who took my case did "some kind of magic" and my order was completed and delivered soon afterward. So, all in all, I'd have to say that K&B Authority came through and once a supervisor in Customer Service was involved any issues and concerns were taken care of. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and I would definitely recommend K&B Authority to others as a reliable company.
I had good experience until I was informed that one of the products I ordered was not a regular stock item and would require a shipping charge. This bothered me as the web site advertised free shipping.
I found the item elsewhere for a lower price and cancelled that Item off my order. All else went very well.
I was looking for very specific products for my new home and Kitchen & Bath Authority beat every other supplier in price. I was skeptical after reading some reviews about quality of product and time of shipment but my products arrived in perfect condition and sooner than expected. One very happy customer!

I have since priced the same piece of hardware and it's not in any way as expensive as you were.
