For being a 1st timer...my impression was very good. I own a Kitchen & Bath remodeling company and deal with many suppliers, all over the country. I will definitely put KBA on the top of my list.

Taylor in customer service was great. However, I received a vanity in mint blue when I ordered blue and blue was what was on my receipt. The exchange process has been lengthy and exhausting. Also, it cost ME $190.00. I dont feel like I shouldve had to pay for return of wrong product but no correction of mistake was gonna be made unless I paid. Disappointed customer who went to build.com and lampsplus.com as a result for further renovation and fixtures needed.

Good products good prices. Only thing I wasnt crazy about is the $9.00 handling for with orders under $250. Free shipping offsets that to a degree.
Purchased Kwikset Vestibule Locks for our Properties we own in the South Suburbs of Chicago. I do all the rekeying and these locks are perfect for keying to a master. Locks that have the "Control Key" type cylinder tend to fall out of the handle on occasion. No problem with this style lock.

I ordered a shower door, since it was the best deal at that time by $7. You should be lucky to get a good impression with this company. If you need to deal with lots of hassles in your renovation, please avoid this company. If anything goes slightly wrong, you will need to talk to one of the rudest customer service rep and be threatened with a restocking and other fees. Youd better go with other company. Please avoid this company!
