I purchased a $1,000 shower enclosure at half the price listed on comparable websites, e.g., Amazon, faucet.com, etc.
I never received a delivery date confirmation. Two weeks after the purchase, my husband asked me when the enclosure was to be delivered. I checked my receipt. Nothing. I went online and noted that while KBA's website touted consumer ratings of 93%, I discovered a host of horrible other ratings (albeit their numbers were low), including BBB, sitejabber and pissedconsumer. I was afraid I had lost my money. I called the company and left a message. It was Friday.
In checking my order, I saw that the delivery weight was 370 pounds, not the 195-202 pounds listed on other websites. Again another cause for concern. I knew I had ordered only one enclosure, but could not understand the weight differential.
On Monday, I received a phone call from KBA with the delivery date scheduled one week from the call. The delivery man arrived and insisted we uncrate the glass shower enclosure. It was perfect, just as described in the photo. I am very pleased about the outcome and will definitely order from KBA in the future.
Although the wooden palate looked like it had been chewed by a dinosaur the farmhouse sink was intact. Love the product.
Small alcove bath, with inset vanity with no flexibilty. Perfect fit and ez dyii install of this vanity top. Clean lines, updated look.

I bought 2 bath faucets and it took 4 weeks to arrive. The site could have better communicated the lead time before allowing us to place an order.

The communication could have been better that my sink was on backorder. Also, sent me multiple emails bc my shipping and billing address didn't match and had to send license and credit card copy.

I TOO ORDERED BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. I DID SAVE A LOT. WAS A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED ON HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET MY FAUCET. LONGER THEN ANTICIPATED. THE FAUCET DID ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION.
The price for my new Delta faucet was definitely the best at K&BA! Price was great, communication was great, ordering process was great. Overall great experience! Faucet arrived perfectly and installed easily. LOVE it! Thanks K&BA!
I also went with K&B because of price. They were the least expensive. We received no communication of shipping until we called directly, product took almost (2) weeks to arrive.

The vanity arrived in great condition. Top color is more yellow than it looked in the pictures on the website. Biggest surprise is that the handles and knobs looked like brushed nickel in all the pictures and when it arrived, it has more of a bronze tone knobs and handles so we will need to spend more money to change the knobs to match the bathroom. May have to settle for the top that color it is for now as it is attached to the vanity and we don't have more money to purchase a new one.
I bought shower door shen-*******-04 and received it within three weeks. Everything looked good. I saved money when buying this shower door from KBA.
Easy to order and delivery was faster than originally estimated. Very safely packaged to avoid damage. It fits perfectly in the area that already had a previous shower and this shower had to match the existing drain. Would like to have seen a 32" x 36" with same drain hole configuration but we are very satisfied with this size also.
Poor scheduling of order and order processing time is lengthy and not advised when making order and delivery time
After lots of research I decided to buy from you for two reasons. One, great price. Two, you are located closer than other vendors. Your communication regarding the delay in shipping and a humorous follow up email were very thoughtful. Great buying experience.
