Just did a major remodel and got the best price out there on dreamline shower door. Delivery took about 2 1/2 weeks - freight shipment from east coast to arizona. Kb told me the manufacturer was a little behind on shipping. I was a little worried because some reviewers on this door said it arrived damaged. Ours came crated in wood frame- contractor took delivery and said it was one of the best packed doors he'd seen.

The items were back ordered. Almost 1 month wait time. Item received damaged and unable to use.
Couldn't fine correspondence email. Still have broken item without return shipping label or replacement.
Overall experience was great. The only thing I would like to mention is the lack of info once I placed the order. I had to call the company and find out the timeline for the order to be processed and shipped. I did not receive such info in my email.
The order was processed within 24 hours and delivery was made in a week and a half.
Shipping takes a while but the price is worth the wait, if you have the time to wait. Lucky for us our house is also taking a while so we were not in a rush. Definitely saved money though which was great for our budget.

Great price on my purchases. Up to date tracking info sent to my email. Haven't installed yet but packaging is from manufacturers so I don't anticipate any issues.

Overall my experience was great. A little more updated "handling" info during the time from purchase right before shipping would have been nice as I was scheduling someone for install and and no "expected delivery date" or even expected range was provided.
Outside of that the other issue was not yours but your handling company. We were unable to be home and signed to have the item left on our porch. Well they left our GLASS bathroom door in the middle of our gravel driveway and slid it out of the back of a pickup truck and dropped it. Thankfully it id not get damaged.

I had a great experience with K&B - in the ordering process their sales people were very responsive. When the medicine cabinet I ordered arrived damaged because of shipping complicated by a snow storm, they were available readily by phone, arranged the return seamlessly, made communication as easy as it could be. The various people I dealt with by phone were all very personable and eager to be helpful, and when my question prompted transfer to another department I had to wait while the phone rang once and the next personable helpful person answered. The replacement cabinet arrived promptly and is beautiful. This was a great experience.
