Product was shipped damaged. I now had to send pictures then return product by FedEx. And will probably wait another 3 weeks because they told me they dont stock that bathroom faucet.

I'm going to say the price was excellent, and I got the product thinking the shower pan was going to be plastic, it was actually made from a thick fiberglass and sturdy, I was impressed and I was glad I chose the product.

Purchased a faucet that didn't work correctly. Didn't know it didn't work till installed. Received new parts, but that didn't help. They will not take it back since it was installed. How do you know it won't work till it is installed. Go with a store, like HomeDepot, Menards, Lowes. They will work with you. These people will not. What a waste of money.

We needed a shower pan for our RV remodel meaning that we did not have a lot of space to work with. I was able to find one that would work and at a great price here.

I contacted the sales team three separate times with three different questions... joe was very helpful (and patient) with each call.

Kitchen & Bath Authority had the best price out there, and our order arrived quickly and in good condition! We've not yet had the bath fixture installed but we're familiar with the product and are expecting similar quality. We'll be ordering with KBA again soon.

I had two orders and both of them came about 3 weeks later than anticipated. I still give 5 stars since the costumer service was very helpful, No tax and better price than on any web sites

In my experience, it seems that KBA has the best prices. The service is good as well. Although the expected ship date does not appear to be provided on the webpage when ordering, KBA emailed me right away to let me know when to expect shipment of all items.

It took them a while to process my order and then to ship it while they say that it usually ships within 2 days.

I received my order quickly and my faucet was just what I wanted.
