I ordered shower pan here. The reason i ordered here because it was about $100 cheaper than other place that had same pan. It came as described and no problems with it but one problem i had is that once i paid for it i didnt get any email conformation until like 3 days after. And then i had to call in to get tracking number... It made me worry and think that this was a scam or something... and then once i received confirmation of order shipping took like 2 weeks! Overall i dont regret buying here but i wish the email confirmation and trucking number were sent right away and wish they had faster shipping

I needed a glass surround for a house Im flipping. According to the website, it was in stock and would be processed within three days. Awesome. Three days later, got the processing notice with tracking. Tracking didnt work, so I waited a day as I know they usually dont go active until picked up. Still not active. Played this game for a week before I called. Rude woman said theyd done what they committed to, which was place the order with Dreamline. That it would be a couple weeks before they got it out. I had to ask her to call them, and she told me the exact same thing after leaving me on hold for ten minutes. Another week went by without the tracking being activated. So, I called again to cancel the order. The guy told me it could take them up to two weeks to cancel the order, and that Dreamline has to approve the cancellation.

Soooooo not worth it. False advertising, incorrect information and poor customer service. Ohhhh, and two weeks later, I get a message saying they hope Im enjoying my new shower and to take this survey. Dipsticks. Maybe credit my card first, and reach out about the complaint I made with your rep... then I may have just said it didnt work out and left it at that... or not reviewed at all.

I was fooled by myself to think i would nominally good service for the price I paid. The price was very good. Which is why I gave them a 2. The cusotmer service. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes at a time. MIssing delivery dates. Screwing up my contractor so much so that the project waited on them, simply put not worth it.
Sorry guys. You missed the mark badly on this one. Not only that we purchase 100's of thousands in bathroom equipment annually. Big miss. There you have it from a brooklyn boy to another. Bam. I hope you learned somethign from this.

I ordered an 84" double sink/quartz top vanity and three Delta shower faucets for my bathroom remodel ($3000) from KBA. After much online shopping they had the best prices. My vanity arrived in perfect condition (extremely well packaged) and just what I ordered. The same for the faucets. I gave KBA a 4 star rating only because I felt they didn't supply adequate updates/tracking, and it took several weeks to get my items. Fortunately I didn't have a strict timeline. I only learned after ordering (and checking on my order by phone) that both orders (vanity and faucets) were out of stock and backordered. Would've been best if website had shown that. Overall, very pleased with my products though.

KB had the best price for the Delta shower controller so I ordered it on Feb 19, Shortly after charging my credit card I was told that it was a special order and that it would take 7-10 business days to ship. So I initiated an online chat on the 10th day and was told my order would not be in the warehouse until March 12 (a weather delay). I will increase my 2 star rating when it comes. So far the misleading communications has me concerned.
