We ordered a Franke Peak sink for our kitchen Reno. They were out of stock and we were told 2-3 weeks for delivery which was going to set back the templating of our counter tops (they would not take measurements without sink on site) I called and they worked to get it to us in 14 days which was what we needed. We ordered the square stainless drain cover but the found out it came with one $43 so we have 2 now. The sink looks great.

I ordered a large vanity, which arrived quickly and was shipped carefully packaged and handled. In fact, the shipper they hired to deliver the shipment actually helped me unpack and inspect the delivery, something I've not had happen with other shippers.
The price for the vanity was not the lowest, and I did have an issue with the included faucet having a finish I could not use (chrome v. brushed nickel). I ended up purchasing a replacement at my expense. I will say, their customer service team worked with me on this issue in a very professional manner. Lesson learned, be sure to read the fine print in the specifications.
I have more coming from K&B this week, and I am expecting the same good treatment.

Love the products we ordered, except for the blemishes that came on them, and missing parts! Spent ALOT of $ for these products and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We have spent HOURS on the phone to get the issues resolved, and still waiting! Our bathroom is gutted and 1/2 put back together and we cannot complete the job (major inconvenience) until missing parts are received. I was told the day the Brizo products arrived damaged to call Delta (the manufacturer) direct to get replacement parts, those parts were here in 2 days. We should not have to go to the manufacturer, Delta, when I ordered from KB Authority, Delta had zero issues providing damaged part replacements with overnight shipping. But the missing parts, Delta referred me back to KB Auth, and we wait...

Our shower/tub frameless doors look great in the box. It will be a couple of weeks before we install. The delivery was delayed, but they kept us in the loop, so that was a plus. We were told by KBAutority that we would get a call from the delivery carrier to confirm a time for delivery. The carrier called to set up delivery and said that we would get a phone call 1/2 hour before the planned delivery. (It was also supposed to be inspected at delivery and signed for.). Never got a call. The pallet with our doors were in the driveway when I got home from work. We never got to inspect it for damage and never signed for the delivery. I certainly hope there are no issues when we unpack the whole product and install! So in a nutshell, KBAuthority was great so far. The R&L Delivery... not so much.
