... But worth the wait. I got the best deal on a dreamline French corner shower. Although it took several weeks, I'd do it again for this beauty.
Check availability before ordering. Items ordered 2/25/18 were shipped 3/13/18; ground shipping an additional 5-8 days. Unfortunately had to return double handle bath faucets due to plumbing issue. K&B received items back in new/untouched condition on 3/29/18 and finally processed credit, minus restocking fee, on 4/12/18. This was achieved after 4 phone calls to customer service. Unprofessional. Reordered single handle faucets from different vendor with no problems and received items in 2 days.
No reflection on Delta products, they were received (finally) in good condition.
It was a little involved since I had it shipped to a neighbor, and I would have liked tracking info sooner, but overall my faucet arrived as promised.
I ordered a glass shower; Nick G. Sales Manager contacted me to inform me the supplier was out of stock. He informed me there was an alternate supplier but the cost was an additional $115. I asked KBAuthority to honor the original price. The Manager went back to his management and they agreed! Even when they could have rightfully canceled the order, KBAuthority did not. KBAuthority paid the difference and quickly shipped the Shower to my home. The sales Manager Mr. Nick G. When over and above to make sure I was a happy customer.

I was offered a discount. When I tried numerous times to apply it I was not able to then receive the discount. I was frustrated and just gave up
Ordered over $1600 of fixtures for our new house were building and prices were much better than other options. A couple items were back ordered, but just a short wait and everything shipped together (free) just a couple weeks later. It was a smooth transaction. Will shop here again and recommend to family and friends too.
I was a little skeptical at first because the list price for my faucet was 1200. 00 and they had it for 5 hundred and change. I wasn't in a hurry to get it but I think it was timely being that I live in California. The product was delivered and is perfect. I know am going to go through my list and see if I can buy more from them with there great prices.

I ordered the new Toto Washlet online. It was well priced by Kitchen & Bath Authority. It was then promptly shipped by FedEx Ground and received faster than I expected when I placed my order. Email status was given every step of the way. I would definitely do business with this firm again.
KB Authority provides high quality products that I needed with very competitive prices. They have great customer service that they always keep you up to date about the status of your order. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs kitchen and bathroom products.
I thought my purchase would be great! However, online customer service was horrible as after I purchased my product 3/1, I was not notified until 3/5 that it was going to be 3 weeks late! At least! On top of that, their site shows everything if fully stocked and no delays, PLUS, their process does not show when it will actually ship or give you a date. I will NEVER orderthrough here again even if the prices are good. Especially during a reno.

We are in the process of building a house. I ordered all of the kitchen and bathroom fixtures from Kitchen and Bath Authority. Their prices blew everyone else out of the water and their customer service is wonderful. I ordered the wrong finish in a bathroom faucet and they made the return very easy.
I am in California. They told me the items were back ordered. I ordered on 2/26. The items are delivered on 3/27...
Excellent costumer service and reasonable prices. Sales rep was easy to work with, delivery happened as it was promised.
Waited 2-3 weeks for a $500-$600 faucet that had superficial flaws (the finish was coming off). Have called three times to get it resolved. They kept saying they would send me an email with more information, but I have to keep calling to tell them I haven't received it. And now it is going to take another three weeks to receive a replacement faucet.
I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased from kbaurthority.com. I will purchase from somewhere else next time.
