Nick took my order, super nice and very helpful in ordering a toto S550e bidet. Came really fast (less than two days) and the lowest price I could find anywhere. Best transaction I've made in a long time. I had read several bad reviews but to my pleasant surprise, mine was great. Thank you Nick for all your help and speedy delivery. The bidet works perfectly.
The product was great and the only reason I didnt give a 5 star it took so long to ship out. The shower surround that I purchased fit and looks fantastic!

Ordered shower door. Had to call to check on status. Received it 5days later. Nice door. Unless you are a contractor the directions need improvement. Says nothing about drilling through ceramic style. Sent wrong allen wrench.
Do not shop here! You cannot trust this company. I was told exactly a month after my order was confirmed, a lot of odd communication and many phone calls and shipping confirmations, that my item was no longer in stock.
I ordered a bathroom vanity. I received a confirmation email. Two weeks later I received an odd notice email asking me if I had received the vanity, if I had not received the vanity or if I had cancelled my order. I called to ask what this was about, they assured me the vanity was still on it's way and that I would receive a shipping confirmation the next day. Two days later I had not received the shipping confirmation and called again. They told me it would arrive in three weeks. Two weeks after that I received a new shipping confirmation email explaining how long the shipping would take and that it had to stop at a warehouse. Another week later I received an email from a sales rep that the order was no longer in stock and would not be delivered.
I called the sales rep. I spoke to his manager. Both blamed the company that made the vanity and took no responsibility and weren't very apologetic.
Our Brizo 3-setting hand-shower fell off the bracket and broke the dial. I ordered a new one from kbauthority.com and was extremely happy with their prices. A week later I called KB service department to find out when the unit will arrive and the service person was very knowledgeable and professional during the phone call. If you don't order from KB you will be sorry... Just saying!
I used the chat feature to verify that the product I wanted which had been discontinued was in stock. Placed the order and it was delivered to me promptly. My first place to look next time.

Order took over a month to arrive. They would not let me return without paying shipping a/handling an a restocking fee. Customer service would do was spout their policy instead of making it right for the customer.
Not impressed with attitude. I had no idea this co is just an online catalogue store. I thought you mfg. Your own merchandise. Silly me. One problem and you wash your hands of the order.
After our plumber tried to overcharge us $600 for a faucet, we found it here and it said it was in stock. I immediately placed the order. I received confirmation that the order was placed, then another email that the faucet had shipped and we received it. No problems, no issues. I even liked their wording in their emails, it was very upbeat and fun. We will definitely order from them again, we are currently stalking their site now for other items.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. PRICING WAS BETTER THAN NUMEROUS SITES AS WELL. UNDERSTANDING THAT "IN STOCK" MEANS STOCK AT SUPPLIER NOT ALWAYS ON SITE AT K&B. WITH THAT IN MIND WE WERE EXPECTING A DEL. IN 1 TO 4WKS. WHICH FELL IN LINE WITH OUR EXPECTATIONS. I GUESS WITH LARGE $ ORDERS THAT THEY WANT A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIVING WHICH IS GOOD, BUT IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE HAD IT SHIPPED TO MY WORK SO I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF TO GO HOME.
Delivery was fast, and the savings were significant. I could not have found a fixture with such great style where I live, very pleased!
K&B was great but UPS driver that delivered the shipment tried to tell me that I had to pay extra for the shipment to get off the truck. Tried to charge for use of the lift gate and the pallet jack. The experience was so bad that I will not buy from another company that uses UPS
We got very prompt service and found just what we needed. It arrived in perfect condition and was packed so well, it did not move 1/2 inch inside the carton.

The brass rod I ordered to hang my wall tapestry is of premium quality. My order was fulfilled quickly and accurately and it arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Authority. I will definitely use them again when I need something else for my home.
I ordered french shower doors. Waiting is very long between order and delivery, and doors didn't match perfectly, looked like I ordered two different doors, not same double doors
Delivery was great product is great would not apply the code for my discount after repeatedly trying so just went without it even though they said that I had it available to me
