Great company straight forward reasonable prices. Good customer service with answers to questions. I would refer them to my friends and family.

We were told that this faucet was a special order and it would take 2 weeks, but it arrived in only one!

Received my item yesterday. Delivery time seemed slow. Ordered on 4/10, delivered on 5/2. Quality of sink rack seems fine but time will tell. Price was significantly lower than anywhere else online so thats a plus! :)

KBA had the best price and the order was accurately filled. My one complaint is the long deliver time, on the order of three weeks.

We shopped around and this was the best combo deal for what we were looking for. Scheduled to deliver and they were actually 30minutes earlier than the timeframe.
I used in my last bath remodel and was so pleased that we purchased the same Dreamline products again for our new Basement remodel.

Great working with KBA, I purchased some shower doors need for a custon shower I built and it could of not went smother!

Scary process of ordering something like this and then installing myself but directions and customer service was top notch...

Good customer service.

We are very pleased with our shower door purchase. The quality exceeded our expectations. Although the shipping took longer than expected. It was worth the wait. Well definitely order from this company again.

Misleading website and overall miserable experience. Needed faucet by 4/23. Kept getting difference answers when I called or used online chat. Delivery date pushed out to 6/14. Took an additional week to get a refund. No thank you. I will take my business elsewhere.

Easy to deal with. Stayed on top on an item that was a special order.
