Unit came in reasonable time. Very happy with the results now that it's up. Doors roll easily and smooth, and also quiet. Good price compared to others with the same product.

The wrong product finish was mistakenly ordered and the expense to correct it is half as much as I paid for the door so I now have a product that I can't use nor return.
The basket is too small for our Franke sink but fits perfectly in our 5th wheel kitchen sink.

Second purchase from KB Authority, only issue is shipping. First order took about a month or month and a half to get all the parts, delaying remodel progression as a result. This order took about 2.5 weeks, delaying kitchen remodel by 3 days.
If you order well in advance it's not an issue, but I'm not used to faucets/fixtures not being more readily available.
I received my tub filler faucet and realized it was the wrong kind. The return process was horrible. After reviewing the 3 page policy, which I found to be over the top,
And ridiculous i. E if the box was not in the same condition, no refund. I followed all the instructions and was sent and email stating my refund would be processed in 10-14 days. I had made several phones calls and was told 10-14 business days, which was not stated in the emails. Each time I called i was put on hold for several minutes and was told "they are working on it" At the 14 "business day" I called again and was told "they are processing it today" 4 more days later and 2 more calls, it was finally done. I had another return from another company and it could have not been easier and timely. Going through a bathroom remodel is stressful enough without having to go through this process. I will not recommend your company
So glad I purchased through Kitchen & Bath Authority instead of my local Home Depot or Lowes. I received a beautiful high quality frameless shower door at a very good price, and even my contractor was impressed.
Quick help on the phone, easy to use site online. Disappointed though that the first product I ordered was cancelled after a week - by email - without any suggested alternatives. The result: I'm spending $45 more.
Before buying anything Read their shipping FINE prints. Unethical business practice.
WORST Customer support services ad representatives
I had never purchased anything other than books online.
I found my Frameless Shower Door at K&B Authority, and it was 25% less than any of the brick and mortar stores.
The people at K&B Authority walked me through the process and answered all of my questions including putting me in contact directly with the manufacturer.
I will definitely use them again.

I ordered two shower doors over three weeks ago. Still have not received them. The shipping company they used contacted to tell me they were going to deliver on a Monday. On Monday the shipping company called and said they lost them. I asked if they had a tracking # and they said yes. But they still havent found them. I contacted K&B and they said the would expedite news. It took them 5 days to process the new ones. I have no clue when they will be here. Im rating the shipping company a zero star because they lost the originals. Im rating K&B a 2 star. I havent seen the product so I cant rate on that. But processing and delivery terrible.

The order was delayed as the items were non-stock, but KB Authority kept me updated with the order progress and the items arrived exactly when they were supposed to.
This is our second time to use Kitchen and Bath Authority and both times we received excellent service both on the phone and online. Sipping occurred as promised with tracking information provided. We would not hesitate to use KBA again.
I ordered a Toto Aquia IV toilet. It was difficult to find vendors who carry that model. KBAuthority had a great price on it. Id give them 5 stars except that the item was back ordered and they didnt communicate that. I had to call them two weeks after ordering it to find out it was at least another week out. I also take issue with some of their shipping policies as I didnt find them very reasonable. However, my issues with that were rendered moot as they did an exceptional job of packing it so that it wasnt damaged during shipping. The outside box showed a tremendous amount of wear and tear, but the way they packaged it, the original boxes inside and the toilet itself were in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend kbauthority to others.
Unit came in reasonable time, but as I live in an apartment on the 4th floor, was a little dissappointed that the delivery is only side walk delivery. However, I managed with help and it went together without a hitch. Very happy with the results now that it's up. Doors roll easily and smooth, and also quiet. Good price compared to others with same product.
