The cavalier 30-inch wall-mounted hood I bought from Kitchen & Bath Authority is working great. It is beautiful to look at with all that stainless steel finish. The 2 fans work perfectly and really help minimize smoke when cooking. I would highly recommend this product!

So far order was placed efficiently. All I need now is to get the product I ordered. It's been over 2 weeks. If there was a problem with the order, or if there was a delay in shipping, fine. Just tell me rather than waiting each day and hoping it will show up.

Very friendly customer service folks. Fast delivery too. My only issue was that I ordered two faucet repair items because I wasn't sure exactly where the leak was. The customer service person said no problem you can just return the one you don't need so long as it was not opened or installed. Great. I ended up only needing one of the items so I called to return the other. They then told me that there would be a 20% restocking fee. Yikes. Yes it said that on my invoice, but by then it was too late. I wish they had told me that when I ordered my items.
