I sent a client to this etailer. They sent the wrong item and won't fix the matter.

Easy, quick service on great prodcts

I put in a coupon code that stated it was 15% but it was only 10%. My order was delivered on time and packed extremely well. I was VERY impressed with the packing. It arrived in perfect condition so I was very pleased. The vanity is beautiful and very well built. The blue color is so very elegant and I'm extremely happy with it.

I bought bath vanities and a bathtub from this place some days back, and I got them at a very fair price. Thank you Kitchen & Bath Authority I got all of my orders delivered to me on the estimated day, and the packaging was really safe. I'm recommending you guys to everyone.

There was supposed to be a call before the delivery day given a signature was requested. None was received before or even the delivery day. By pure luck somoane was home. Othetwise I eould have to pay for a retrn! Not that great

I ordered a bathtub from here for my sister's bathroom and it turned out to be great. The packaging was sound and it got delivered to me very quickly. The tub looks great in my bathroom and is really spacious too. 5 stars.

Fast and easy. Good prices

Overall shopping experience was decent. We were on an extreme time crunch and needed the vanity to ship very quickly. Time frame was acceptable. We were not completely happy with the color as the grey had a lot more green in it than what was in the photo, however we love the style of this vanity.

Everyone was helpful. Haven't installed the product so cannot confirm the quality as yet. Would definitely do business with them again.

I had received no correspondence about my order although it showed as in stock when i ordered it. I did call and suddenly i get a call saying they were able to deliver that same day. It was like they forgot it was there :( disappointing.
On a positive notes the men who delivered it were very friendly.
