At the end of the day, everything went very well. I was a little concerned with the products arriving on a Saturday morning, which gave me a short window (48 hours) to report any damage. The driver arrived with a pallet stacked too high for my husband and me to unload, so we had to wait until Monday morning to get our contractors out earlier than usual to unload. Also, the pallet was broken and the product was shrink-wrapped all together (double stacked) and there is a note that clearly states "Do Not Double Stack". The warehouse put the broken pallet on top of another pallet. Bad idea. The driver had a very difficult time getting the pallet off of the truck. I thought it was going to fall off of the truck. It had a serious lean to it. For this much product, there should be two pallets, not one.

I ordered some shower doors from them. I ordered form them because everywhere else said this particular item was out of stock. I was in the middle of a remodel and really needed the item expeditiously. It has now been over a month and i am still waiting for my shower doors. It turns out even though I was told the item was in stock at that time I placed the order in reality it wasn't in stock. I was given various dates as to when I would get the item, but, as I mentioned I am still waiting. I have talked with their customer service many times. Some of their agents have been very pleasant and some have been. Well. Less than pleasant. In the mean time everyone else has gotten the item back in stock and I could have had it by now. I have been afraid to cancel my order with KB because I have read other reviews where people are still trying to get their money back form canceled orders. They have been deceptive and dishonest and at times rude. So here I wait with my bathroom remodel completely on hold. I will not be working wiht this company in the future.
