Great prices and professional, helpful delivery service
Had to call several times to get shipping status, was on hold for nearly an hour one time, foreigner that barely spoke English said they would email the tracking which never happened. After 3rd call I finally got the tracking and after waiting several more days I called the delivery company and they said they were never given my contact number so they just waited until I called them to set up delivery. Wish I would have just ordered the item from Amazon as they would have delivered the next day without all the crazy hassles. Certainly wasn't worth the few dollars I saved, plus item came after Christmas so that sucked too.

You suck one in with the promise of an additional 15%-45% off it you sign in but then don't deliver. I even contacted support, and the response I got says you use bait and switch - that the discount is already included. If so, why make a promise of "You earned an ADDITIONAL 15-45%.
The follow-up on my order was timely, but the information provided was inaccurate. I was told that two of the four sinks would not ship until late January or early February. In light of this information, I delayed the installation of our countertops. Then I was informed that the sinks would ship mid-January, Then I get an email that states all four sinks have shipped and will be delivered 12/26. It appears that sinks were being sent as I was being informed they would be delayed.
Now I have the sinks, but they get to sit there for over a month as I lost my earlier slot. It has been filled, and I now have to wait until mid-February to have everything installed. Thanks a whole bunch. I get the sinks early, but based upon information provided to me, I rescheduled everything for no reason. Based on my first experience using your firm, I would never recommend you to anybody or use you again unless absolutely necessary.

The ordering was smooth, delivery was quick. The only complaint I have is with R&L Carriers. They delivered. They scheduled without issue. However, the driver did not call ahead of time. He was not courteous. He left the delivery on the street. Not even on the sidewalk. He must have been having a really bad day.
There was no ship or delivery date included on any correspondence, so I ended up having to call in and cancel my order that was on back-order and order something else.
The shopping experience was great. There was a delay in shipping, which I believe is due to the manufacturer's shipping and handling policy. KB Authority was helpful in responding with details every time I reached out.

When I placed the order, did not get a delivery date and had to call & wait 4-5 days to get a date. It was not delivered on that date but the next day which made it difficult to arrange installation so now, it is sitting in my garage until next week.
Have ordered numerous bathroom and kitchen products from this site and never ever got disappointed with the results! Excellent product quality, great prices, timely delivery. One cannot ask for more. 5 stars, guys!
