We bought this new sink for our kitchen in Aruba we are bringing it to Aruba the end of February
I got a showerhead from Kitchen & Bath Authority, and I just love it. They delivered the product on time, and without breaking it. It was very easy to install the product too with the added manual. I am pretty happy with their services and would love to shop for some more kitchen and bathroom products from this website. Great Site!
I haven't gotten my order yet
Shipping took longer than expected, once I called to check the status of the order, then a shipping update was provided.
Overall experience was well. Communication about processing of material and when it would be shipped could be worked on a little bit
The product (towel warmer) arrived in about a week or so, mainly because it came from the manufacturer in Canada to the US. Quality shipping through FedEx. Installed and no ptoblems.

Very very easy and convenient
I ordered a sink from your website that had a note on it saying that it is low in stock. I was not aware that that is the code word for back-ordered product. I needed the sink right away and could not wait a month. The Customer service assistant as very helpful and cancelled the order for me. I bought another sink from another company, that was not my first choice.
Overall a very smooth buying process. Product arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition upon arrival.

Except for a complication with the shipping address ( I had to prove I was in fact me) everything went very smooth and fast. This is for the forever home we are building so I can't say how the product works yet but the reviews show it is a great product and the price was the best out there. Looking forward to many years of use.
