Good product, came in a nice Amazon box. However, the box that the actual drain came in was pretty beat up. At first I was worried I might have received someone else's return, but the drain looked to be in new condition and was wrapped in plastic like it came from the factory. Other than the exterior box, everything was great. Item is not yet installed but I'll let my plumber take a look at it to make sure it is what's needed.

Great follow up regarding shipping. Vanity arrived well packaged and handled during shipping.

I came here because of the great price on a high quality James Martin vanity and will order again based on their wonderful customer service. I called for shipping info and the rep gave me so much information and was very knowledgeable. My vanity arrived in Florida in 7 business days and was in perfect condition. The whole exchange was positive, I'll order again when we renovate the other bathroom.

Finding and ordering our DreamLine shower was easy, it was sent promptly and was delivered by a friendly courteous delivery person. A thorough proofreading of the instructions by a person knowledgeable in it's assembly BEFORE shipment would have been most helpful, but in all we have it assembled and are happy with our purchase.

My second time ordering this toilet, and it went as well as the first time. Perfect.
