I am completely satisfied with this amazing kitchen sink. The best part is, it has a removable bottom grid & strainer added on it, which is quite helpful. Worth every penny.
Good overall experience. A little slow with e-mail updates on shipping status. Already had the product when they sent the e-mail that it had shipped.

Not so happy about handling fee... and got shipping confirmation after it was delivered...
The search for product, and placing an order was great. But, I didn't receive ship confirmation and tracking until I called customer service 2+ days after my order was placed. For stock items, I'd expected to have order shipment confirmation in 24 hrs.
No issues at all with the order, vanity was received in a timely manner, even admits the covid-19, and arrived packaged very well with no damage. I love the vanity, it's going to look great in our cottage style house.
