I thought we had purchased the vanity and sink together. We were surprised and disappointed when the vanity arrived. We love the vanity and tried to contact your CS to order a sink immediately. We received a response to an e-mail then sent once we couldn't get in tough with CS. The e-mail simply said my e-mail was received. We therefore had to order the sink through another vendor much to our dismay as we paid over $300 for the sink and shipping.
Very easy to work with and keep you updated throughout the process.

We're enjoying the top-notch accessories. The cabinets look much better than shown on the website. I would definitely use them again for further projects.
The delivery date changed from Weds to Friday then Saturday causing us to keep rescheduling the installer. Beautiful product but it was damaged out of the box so we had to cancel the installation again. Filed a Damage claim first thing Monday morning but as of Wednesday had no response so I had to purchase a different base from local retailer in order to not cancel the installation again as well as avoid holding up rest of bathroom remodel with contractor scheduled for same week.
I was not advised of shipping time. No tracking info was provided until after I called in and frankly after item was already delivered. I was not advised of my order being split into two boxes and shipped separately. I was very confused and thought the wrong thing had been delivered.

I needed a washer for my Toto toilet and I had to buy $40 worth to get free shipping. Now I have four when I only needed one.
It came partially damaged. It was quick to get the replacement once I submitted the required pictures etc.

What I leaned is that they only have a 24 hr acceptance policy. Anotherwards... if it los damaged u better call right away. Otherwise it's your to keep. Also don't sign anything until you check the product. Otherwise it's your to keep too...
