WAITING ALMOST SIX MONTHS FOR VANITY THAT NEVER CAME. FINALLY CANCELLED ORDER. NOW WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR A REFUND OF 3000.OO
We were not home when the faucet was delivered to sign for it but it was still left at the door. I opened the box to inspect and the instructions for installation are for a different faucet. I have emailed and called customer service-no response. We also ordered a sink and now very skeptical of what we will receive. After placing our order customer service was VERY quick to respond when the order did not go through due to an incorrect credit card number.
Our first order came damaged and it took more than two weeks to get the situation reconciled and we still had to pay full price for a new vanity and only got a refund for less than 50% of the old one.
Very Pleased with the site, how organized, quick to find product, pricing was better than other sites we looked at and we received it very quickly.
KB is terrible. Bait and switch. No stock.

I couldn't place my original order as you have a minimum $25 order. When I talked to agent I agreed to pay $25 for the $21 dollar part. I feel that the agent should have told me the tank-toliet gasket was not included with the drain flush Valve I purchased.
So now I need to pay a $10 part ( I guess) that I probably can't or won't buy from you because of rather $25 shipping issue.
Ordered from you years ago. Needed the same part and you make it easy
