I ordered a vanity of Duravit which had to be ordered from Germany on June 27th 2020, I was told I would be receiving the product end of August. I called several times to find out where the product is and I haven been comforted the product has been shipped or its at customs and so on. October 3rd I've received the product finally but the legs of the vanity were missing, After a call I have been told I have to wait another 3 weeks to get the legs. The customer service and the service as is, is horrible since no one can give you a direct answer. Think twice before you buy something online
Found the website a bit late but happy to see the unique design of my bathroom faucet. It resembles exactly the picture available on the website. Good deal!

I placed order for a bath cabinet and vanity on web. I got an email increasing price by $75.00 if I wanted it in 2- 3 weeks or I have to wait 18 to 20 weeks.
Why you guys advertise if you do not have merchandise. Its price gouging. Dishonest and crooked business.

I appreciated the fact that they called me personally to let me know that my shipment was going to be late. There was a small chip in the front bottom of the vanity but not enough to deal with having to pack it back up... Overall I'm very happy

Tracking information took a little while to arrive which made me nervous, but once it did everything went smoothly. Item was fragile but packed really well. Instructions to build were not very informative and definitely confusing, but we figured it out in the end. Wish it could have been more clear.
