I'm surprised by a $9 handling fee. The order arrived complete, in good condition, and a bit faster than expected.

Straight up crooks! Ship you any product they feel like & refuse to refund or return. Get hung up on when you call. They blame the warehouse etc... you will have to call your credit card & dispute the charge to get your money back. Beyond horrible

So far easy and simple.

Love this door which makes our bathroom feel much bigger (it replaced an old, frosted glass door). Our installer did, however, have some mounting issues and getting through to Customer Service was not always easy, probably thanks to the current Covid situation.

Product arrived in two boxes, one of which the small front mirror was smashed. KB did send out a replacement medicine cabinet (again in 2 boxes), but all I really needed was the mirror. Now I have a second medicine cabinet less a small mirror. What a real waste of materials to resolve a relatively small issue.

A piece of the order (toilet bowl) came completely shattered and they are just not very proactive when it comes to replacements it's a very long process which makes it hard to finish a project on time. And customer service all though kind they don't have much clear information to give as in when my replacement is coming or what I am doing with the damaged toilet

The color of the vanity lights I received look absolutely NOTHING like the pictures on the website. I was looking for the matte black, which was what the picture indicated, but received a horribly distressed, off-white color. I reread the description once received and sure enough, that was the color described. If the picture and description are not of the same product it should be indicated somewhere.
