I called to cancel order ******* because I mistaking luck purchased the item twice. I was told by a chat representative on 10/19/2020 that order******* was canceled unbeknownst to me by Kitchen and Bath Authority because the toilet was on back order and Swiss Madison had not responded to inquiries as to when the toilet will be available. Not to mention, I checked the website to see that you DO in fact have the toilet I wanted but it was more expensive. I was told by that same chat representative that I have 4 days to buy the toilet that I originally wanted now it's off of back order. It doesn't seem fair that I pay you to be surprised with no notice that a decision has been made to cancel the order AGAIN. I now I get a survey asking if I received an order that you canceled and asking if it had arrived? I will NEVER deal with this company again!
Some products are listed as available (for overseas orders) and others are listed as in-stock. It takes a while to find out which products are actually available to ship.
My purchase was delayed slightly and customer service was very proactive in letting me know. A good overall experience.
Shipping quote on website was incorrect. Said it was free shipping to Alaska but then custom service gave me a much higher quote. But we were able to ship it to Seattle and custom service was great to work with.

Have not received order and very difficult to get someone on the phone. Leave messages and no one calls back. Very poor customer service!
I ordered a bathtub which was the wrong size, tried to return it unopened... regardless of the condition it's in, it was an automating 30% restocking fee.
Regardless, I decided to return my bathtub in person to the RMA center which is within an hour from me. They opened the box up and checked every single part of the tub and fixtures to make sure it was perfect condition (it was unopened). They then gave me a slip that said, return was in "good" condition... and told me I should expect my refund soon.
That was 2 month ago, I've made several phone calls where reps tell me my refund is on its way, it has never been received. They have the worst customer service, the reps are rude and short... be aware.
I'm on the phone with them (on hold for 20 minutes now) as I write this review.
Avoid this place if you can.
Received exactly what I ordered no issues
Delivery method seemed a bit inflexible - not being able to select day (seemingly) and having to be there in person to open while delivery man in situ, or no refund. Worked out fine, but felt a bit stressful.
Good prices good quality
Received my shower base in good shape, although I felt like the website was misleading as it stated 13 items in stock, but there were none.
I followed up multiple times and stayed on top of it.
Great experience, had what I was looking for when I could not find it anywhere else.
The item came damaged. Instead of an immediate refund and return, I have to jump through hoops playing phone tag with the manufacturer

That's my first time dealing with an online store, and I am glad I did it... The shower panel is just beautiful, and the price was not more than the budget I had in mind. Plus, they delivered the product on time and without any damage. Kudos...
