First off they kept "updating" me as to the status of the rug I bought. Continuously telling me why it hadn't been delivered. So much for a Christmas surprise on the family email.

Anyway, I ordered what appeared to be a very nice British Flag rug for the area on the side of the bed. The material was not even rug material. It was the cheapest, most horrible excuse for material that I have ever seen. And. The colors weren't the vibrant red, white, and blue in the picture. The "white" was actually a weird combination of pink and ash. (According to other reviews, they steal images of quality rugs off the web and pass them off as their own products).

I'd forgotten where I bought this awful rug from (yes, the "updates" finally stopped when I got the "rug"), so when my Visa bill finally arrived and I Icould see where I purchased it from, it was too late to return it. According to their website their return policy is: "Our return policy lasts 30 days only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged."

Based on other reviews, even if I had met the original deadline (I was 2 days off) and even if I had kept the "original" packaging, they still would not have refunded the money even though the rug was most definitely defective." Why? Because they are not a legitimate, reputable business. They are shysters. Stay as far away as you possibly can. It's like putting $60 in front of your face, and burning it!

This is the biggest SCAM ever! I ordered an 8 by 5 carpet that came the size of a couch pillow for $100.00. It took over 1 month to get here! I kept inquiring and they kept putting me off until it came. I did not open it and called Visa the card that I used and they were very familiar with this site. I notified the Kaylee company and everybody is right you have to send it back to China which cost $60.oo. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and DISPUTE this! They said I definitely have a case and I WILL get my money back! It might take some time The credit card company will not charge you interest while it is in dispute! I WILL keep you updated! I ordered this in Oct 27?

This is a horrible company to deal with and their products are terrible. Substandard materials and workmanship. Although it says they are in France on their website, they are actually in China. They won't refund your money either. If you want any kind of refund you have to send the product back to them in China. It would have cost me $70 to do that and the product cost me $60. While Paypal found in my favour, I had to return the product in order for them to back me. Save yourself the aggravation. They even admit their product needs improvement.
