Nope. Flame test on a loose fiber confirmed our suspicion that it is polyester. And cheap, see through polyester at that. No content/care tags as required by the US Government for fabric items sold in the US. If I could give this company negative one million stars I would. THIEVES of the worst kind. I ordered a thick pile rug. What I got was a folded up mat with a picture sprayed onto it. NOT EVEN CLOSE to the same item and they won't take the mat back and offered me a tenth of my money back. STAY AWAY, there are so may good companies out there, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS! Does that picture look like a plush thick rug to you? It fit into a mailing bag!

Mouth goes buy a month and half goes by. No Conforeter. At lest 6 times sending email. Response each time we are working on it BS. By the way Kaylee was payed. I also reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. Kaylee is based in Singapore China. This tells you a lot kaylee. Dishonest Company

Order a what was to be a quilt set, There is nothing the resembles any portion of a quilt. This company post a picture that looks good but what you get is a screen print which was machine made and the print bled, At present the so called quilt is being used as very expensive moving blanket because that is all it is worth. The item was to be a gift and arrived 30 days later. Unfortunately because the company is overseas "which by the way" is in the very very fine print I do not think they care about the reviews of patrons from the United States. Be Careful before ordering, set yourself up for disappointment and know that if you want a refund the company expects at your expense to return to their Singapore office and hope it does not get lost.

I am so upset. I splurged and spent my Christmas money from my in-laws on what I thought was going to be a beautiful quilt for my bed. What I received was a piece of junk that looks like it came from the dollar store, except not as nice. The pattern isn't even the same as the picture. The company says they only issue refunds within thirty days of your order, but they prolong shipping purposefully so they can get away with not issuing the refund. $80 is a lot for us... I feel foolish and stupid for believing an ad that came up on FB and looked legitimate. SO angry!

I placed an order on January 7 2020. Beautiful pictures on Facebook. Good reviews on the ad. BUT I should have checked the company on Google and checked the online comments. As soon as I received an email saying the items had been shipped and the site used an emoji from Despicable Me, I knew. I knew I had been scammed. The company said the items had been shipped and I was to receive a tracking # in "30-ish" hours! What a joke! Their site says they use DHL shipping, which also has bad online reviews. BUT the shipping emails (2 of them?) were not from DHL and they said the parcel could not be delivered because the delivery address was incorrect. So this scam Kaylee And Tepid company has not even put the correct address on the package? What a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
