I did a Google image search of a rug they were advertising. It turns out it's a product handled and sold by Wayfair. So Kaylee and Tepid are ripping off photos of merchandise being sold by other companies, taking your money, and sending you cheap knock-off crap replicas of what you think you'll be getting. Forget about getting a fair refund. They only offer 30%, plus it will cost you more than the product is worth in shipping to send it back to them, which you'd have to do to get your 30% refund for a fake piece of crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was lucky they sent me something. A lot of people pay and get nothing. SO BUYER BEWARE! By the way, I did read buyers' comments and all were positive, so I'm guessing they write their own reviews, as well. I've included photos for comparison. The thick plush beautifully coloured rug on the right is what they advertised. The photo on the left if what they sent. A thin blanket like item that looks nothing like what was advertised because its cheap crap they imitated.

Well... wish I would've seen all these reviews before purchasing what I thought was a RUG (as it was stated and advertised). I did research the company in December 2019 before purchasing and all I found was mostly positive reviews. Now I look and it's all horrible reviews. Like most of the folks on here... I purchased the advertised beachy RUG with obvious carpet fibers and pile (yes, I'm capitalizing 'rug' purposefully) and received a horribly pixelated image IN TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLORS on a foam mat with black edging. I don't need to post pictures because every review has the exact same picture of what I received. GARBAGE! And it took 27 days from the date of purchase to delivery. So whomever received it in 7-10 days is really lucky (well, lucky if you actually received what was advertised). And like most folks on here... they only give you a 30% refund unless you ship the product back to China. Shipping back to China would cost more than 70% of what I paid. I don't need to waste anymore of my money or time on this. STAY AWAY! They got one star because at least their Customer Service is responsive... even if it's not what you want to hear.

I ordered a 9X6 Buffalo Red Rug on 1-9-2020 that was listed as sculpted pile rug with nicely finished edge. I just received it today 2-11-20. It is a piece of foam with a picture photoshopped on it. It is edged in dark fabric. What a huge disappointment after waiting over a month for it. In came packaged in a cheap plastic mailing bag, like what you would get a shirt in. I had checked the reviews on the website before I ordered it, but they must be fraudulent. They say there is no refund if the package is opened or if it was marked down over 10%. How would you know what a piece of junk it was if you didn't open the cheap mailing bag that it came in? I am very disgusted and out $113.91 for something that I would be ashamed to put on my floor. I would think that Facebook could do something to keep a company like this from swindling all of their customers. I don't know if Better Business Bureau has any control over things mailed from China. This is nothing but a scam and stay away from this site or you too will be scammed.

I ordered a pillow cover with a sweet pic of a crescent moon and a yellow Labrador Retriever dog that looked just like my dog. The only reason I ordered it at all was because it looks like my dog. After waiting a month for it, what I received is an entirely different pillow cover with a very blurry, pixelated pic of some small, fluffy white dog. The pic was obviously copied from somewhere, blown up on a computer and printed on the cloth. I would have preferred to give them no stars at all. I am trying to get a response from them about sending me the one I actually ordered, but I suspect t it will be equally as ugly and poorly made, and I will likely never get a refund.

I purchased an owl rug for my daughter, thought I was receiving this lovely carpet pile rug with owls on it as advertised Instead I received an oversized bath mat with computer printed owls. They are dispicable and should be held accountable (I wish).

My wife and I ordered a "Sheep quilt" and received literally 2 sheets of cloth sewn together while pictured item showed thick quilt with appliqued sheep. Reached out, they offered 8 dollars refund for a 60 dollar purchase. Covered part of shipping if I accepted. Really, what a piece of garbage from a garbage management. I would not recommend buying thread from this company, it would probably arrive in pieces, and you would be charged to return the falsely advertised item. What a sad, sad company.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, but that's what I get for making an online, emotional, impulse buy. I recently lost my black cat and when I saw the picture of the black cat bedding, it just brought tears to my eyes and I immediately went to the website and hit buy now. When I finally received the package and opened it, I thought they had shipped it to me inside out because the colors were so off. But no, that's how it really was. The colors are off, the design is hard to see, and the quality of the material and production is not at all as advertised. Check out the pictures to see the difference between their ad and what I received. Also, their website does not work properly at all. I'm glad I decided to wait for this to arrive before I ordered anything else, which I will not. Very disappointed.

On the website what I ordered looked like a nice handmade quilt on sale. It turned out to be a piece of printed cloth with some quilt stitching on it and no stuffing. The print on the cloth was very poor quality like they'd copied it from the internet and it got blurry as they made it larger. I had accidentally ordered the wrong image as well and when I asked about exchange they said no. That would have been reasonable for an actual quilt, but for a piece of printed cloth I think that was a poor response. This isn't worth the money.

My decor is rustic modern. Browns and greys. I ordered a quilt with a moose and beer with what appeared to be dark colors. I got a cheeply mad ( looked like sheets sewn together) with what looked like images spray painted on a white sheet, A pink Moose? Dark blue purple bear? The thing could not have cost more than a couple dollars to make and with a king size, I paid 20 to 40 times more than what it is worth.

I cannot use it, look at it and no way sleep under it. It also smells very weird.

Kaylee should be ashamed of herself -assuming she is even real.
