I just received 1 of the 2 rugs (haha) I ordered. This is supposed to be a pile rug. It is a bad photo of a rug. Flimsy fabric. Arrived in a small bag that would fit a t-shirt. Seriously a rip off. I probably will never receive rug #2. Absolute garbage and not cheap price. Please see the photos. Picture of the AD from face book marketplace and then actual product with ugly black trim. Colors not even close. I hope I save some of you your hard earned money. Lesson learned.

I bought a twin/single (what I thought was a comforter) for my grand daughter for Christmas, when it came 5 weeks later, it was a double to queen size duvet cover, I have been trying to return as way too big and the response I get is, send pictures? I sent order number so why the hell do they need pictures, I now will report this company as they obviously are scammers!

Yes I have questions, why does Facebook allow people to continue advertising on their site when they have received so many complaints?

I was playing a computer game when an advertisement popped up from Kayleeandtepid.com that showed a cute rug that would look great in my foyer. I immediately went to the website. As soon as I logged in, a message came up that read: Use code "SAVE25" at checkout to save 25% on all products today! I went through the process of selecting the rug I wanted and inputting my personal information. Thankfully, I never got to the point of inputting my credit card information. I had a hard time finding the box to input the discount code, but was finally able to do so. When I clicked on "APPLY CODE" a message appeared below the box reading: COUPON USAGE LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED. That is impossible since I have never ordered anything from this company before. I removed the rug from my shopping cart since I realized most customers would just accept the 10% discount code also offered at the top of the page. This company hooks the customer with enticing ads, offers what looks like a great product for a great discount, then once hooked only allows the customer their minimal discount, thinking people will be grateful for any discount! Do not be sucked into the underhanded scheme. I wrote them an email telling them why I would NEVER order from them and would discourage anyone else from doing so. Look for somewhere else to buy your products - a reputable company!

I regret not reviewing this company before spending my money. The comforter cover I purchased was not as pictured. The comforter had a ski collage/theme and looked fantastic in the on-line photo, but the on-line depictions are deceitful. When it arrived each of the pictures in the collage had been enlarged from an original and were horribly BLURRY. It is also cheaply made. Unfortunately, I also did not realize it was shipping from China. And because it shipped from China, it took over 5 weeks to arrive. This company cleverly created a return policy designed only to make them money on their shoddy products. If the return is made after 30 days of purchase, all costs to make the return are on the purchaser. So a product that took 5 weeks to arrive would cost me at least half the original cost to return it. This company is a sham. Beware and do your research before purchasing a product that seems too good to be true. I will endeavor to spread the truth about this company on every review site I find.

I'm in the process of trying to cancel my order. Found out they are in Singapore there is no number and the payment acct on PayPal was *******@azcozy.com which is different from the kayleeandtepid website message page. I've contacted PayPal and they screw you just as bad as the scammers. I don't know how they are allowed to do this. So I am out $109 for a rug that either I will never get or will be $#*!ty quality because it comes from China. Tried to report them to Facebook which is where I saw their ad. What a joke! They won't do anything either. Beware!

Don't think that when ordering "bedding sets" you're going to get fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillow cases. In reality you get one poorly made "blanket" - made out of two pieces of thin cotton sewed together and two equally poorly made pillow cases.
It looks like a child might have sewed them, which makes me sad to think perhaps child labor was involved? The tracking honors out of China and Singapore.

Their email responses are computer generated and the express shipping is a complete joke.

It looks like I need to return to either France or Singapore, which will be costly. I've placed a dispute with my credit card company.

My order took 30 days to arrive at my doorstep and let me say that I will never do business with this company again. Each time I inquired they would send me coupons for discounts on future orders and this made me even more upset. They care nothing about you or your purchase. They kept saying your top quality carpet is being made. When I received it and unwrapped it..., I'd never seen such a hot piece of garbage in my life. It's not even a carpet. It's a 8' x 5' photo rubberized mat. It came folded up in a two foot by two foot square. How many of you have purchased a 8' X 5' rug and could fold it into a 2' X 2' square bag... It's more like a bathroom matt than a rug. Take my advice... shop somewhere else if you like receiving good products because you're going to waste your money with this company. I hate that I have to give this one star just to write a review. I ordered a rug which it listed as a "soft pile" rug. My a$$! It's a giant sized place mat! It's just as thin as a place mat for that my grandmother used to put out on her fancy table. There is no pile' to the rug at all. This sucker might not even be 1/4 inch thick! And as for the bedding set, what a joke! It's more like a giant pillow case to put your old duvet or comforter INSIDE of and then you zip it up. Not at all like it is pictured. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! But you know what his company is very good at making? They mastered the art of making themselves invisible and nonexistent when you try to contact them. Don't waste another breath in your life even reading these reviews! This company makes giant placemats and pillowcases and sells them as rugs and bedding sets! Just back out of their website and go live your precious lives. Don't even give them one more heartbeat of the blood that pumps through you!

They put very very nice pictures on the internet make you think you're buying a comforter and then charge you $70 for a comforter cover that you cannot return I bought this as a Christmas present and I sure do like the other people on here wish I would have read these reviews first you just made me not want to ever ever ever buy anything off the internet from anybody and I will be reporting them and I think we all should report them to the better business bureau

If I could give them a zero I would! I wish I saw these reviews before placing TWO orders. I ordered early December for Christmas presents and I didnt get them till today, 1/6/20? The quality was horrible. The graphics were not as sharp and colorful as seen on the site. Instead is looked like a bad copy. Refund are also useless because you will pay to ship it to them which will probably cost more than the ridiculous item. STAY AWAY!

I would have never ordered this as a Christmas gift if I had known that this is not a legitimate company, but a factory in China. There is no way to track the item unless it actually makes it to the United States.
