DO NOT BUY FROM! False advertisement. Then refuses to refund when proof was provided. Even PayPal wouldn't refund. So done with them too! Almost 3 month dispute open. Had to send $#*!ty item back. Which cost me another $45. Then PayPal decides in their favor and provides no explanation.

I'm Just Sick About This

I was so vulnerable! My little black cat I've had for 8 years disappeared, and I wanted things to remind me of the dear little fellow. So when I saw the set of sheets and pillowcases with a black cat motif, I really fell for it. I got all the delay messages about the corona virus, etc. The promised tracking number never came. Rip off!

Ordered a bedroom outfit. Said ordered received. Billed my credit card, got an email saying once a tracking number is generated they would informed me... never got a tracking number! Kept sending emails inquiring about my product and then Kaylee and Yepid shut down their email...

I ordered a 6x4 ft rug from KayleeandTepid.com using my American Express card via PayPal. I never received it.

In the first week after placing my order, I received several emails from "Kaylee" advising of the various stages of my order, including an email advising there will be a slight delay due to Coronovirus situation, then another email afterward that it had shipped and they'd send me the tracking info shortly (which they never sent), then no further communication. After over a month, it has still not been delivered and when I emailed them, their server and email address no longer exist.

Paypal does not show the merchant as Kaylee and Tepid, it shows it's "Printabel Company Limited" (*******@azcozy.com) delivered by "Zendesk". I also had to do an address correction on this order on the same day I placed the order (the street address was missing from the order) and my email was responded to quickly by a Nancy Burghart at *******@kayleeandtepid.com. She sent an updated address change and asked me to confirm it was correct, which I replied to successfully but that email address no longer exists now either.

I contacted American Express and, after explaining everything, they opened a claim and recommended I replace my card with a new one, which we did. They are crediting the full amount back to my credit card and will be investigating this company. They recommended I also advise Pay Pal of the situation, which I will do next.

Long story short, it's a scam. Lesson learned. Very grateful American Express is being so supportive on this!

Very poor quality product and when you email and ask for return label they give you a address to china for you to pay for the shipping than will minus shipping from your total, only give 1/3 credit and 1/3 store credit. I don't want any store credit for the poor quality products that they sell. They need to let people know up front that it comes from china. Also it sits in customs for literally weeks before it ever hits the U.S. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if you want to find out more google them and see the article on Home goods HOAX and scam.

I still haven't received my merchandise. They took my money. Blocked my emails I guess they just stole my money you might as well say. And I don't have money to waste. I'm not a rich person. That was a special wedding gift. I ordered for my daughter. And all they did was steal my money.

Never received order!

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a blanket on January 20th; today is February 21st, and I have yet to receive the blanket. When I attempted to contact the company, the email bounced. I tried to go to the company's site, only to be informed the site could not be reached. I've been had... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! If I could have given it a negative rating, I would have!

We ordered a duvet comforter cover and pillow cases in December. Product received was not the size, or the quality of the description. The materials used were of such poor quality you can tear them in your hands. Thread coming undone prior to use. We tried numerous times to get a refund only to find out the emails do not exist to speak with the customer service. Stay away from this company. Don't waste your money.

I ordered some doona covers from Kaylee and Tepid and never received them. I sent so many emails which were all rejected in the system. There is no way to contact this company to get a refund. Do they even exist? I have put in a formal complaint to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I did this online and it only takes a couple of minutes to fill out. It's for people who have been scammed by online shopping companies like this who steal your money. Please stay away from this company. Please see attached receipt of purchase USD$68.41.

Total scam

Do not order from this company! I ordered two quilts. The company sent two totally different items that were not even close to what I ordered. They at first refused to accept a return. After several angry emails from me, they said I would have to pay the return shipping charges to Shanghai, China which even on the slowest boat were 3 times what I paid for the articles. They then refused to refund my money. After several more emails from me, they blocked me and my last email bounced back. Not only were the items not what I ordered but were extremely poor quality. I can't use them for anything and cannot get my money refunded from the company. This is a total scam!

Ordered a rug which I paid via paypal, this company said it was sent but I never received it. Opened a paypal dispute which resulted in Paypal taking their side as they say a tracking was provided, so paypal shame on you for taking the side of a bunch of swindlers

This is a total ripoff

Kaylee and Tepid have never delivered the item I ordered and the last email I got from them promised that my item had been inspected and promised to send a tracking number within 30 hours. Never got it or my purchase and they have taken their web site down and you can't send a message via the contact form. It comes back as "try again later". I have been defrauded of $79. I wish I would have known how shady this company was before I ordered. Never again.

Ordered bedspread early January, never received, their e-mail no longer works... I wrote several times, was told it was shipped, that was mid Jan, never received, in one note said closed down because of the China Virus, as of this date nothing... NEED TO BE SUED BIG TIME FOR FALSE ADVERTISING

Scam scam
February 16, 2020

Ordered rug on 12/28 as of 2/16 still no rug! They even had an excuse of because of the threat of the coronavirus they are telling their warehouses people to stay home for a week! I've filed a dispute with my credit card and possibly with the Federal Tade Commission!

Disappointed
