Very inconvenient to have. A previous use highlighted some issues in regards to design and product. Then the type of mat matters.
It appears legitimate. I thought I was ordering a rug. They took the $ and the rug never showed up. When you try to call the number that comes up on your credit card statement it's missing a number. I reported it as fraud to my credit card company but still out the money.
I ordered a blanket over 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I have sent messages after messages but with no return. It is very sad that Face Book allows this kind of scum. I would like to send a warning out that this company is selling under different names so please please do your research.
Unfortunately, I did not read any reviews before make my purchase. I bought a German Shepherd area rug from them (actually Homentic) for $110 over a month ago. First tracking number didn't work, then after 3 weeks finally got a good number and it shows a label created but merchandise never given to FedEx. I've emailed them countless times because there is no phone number for this company, only email. I just keep getting the run around. Still no answers. Requested a refund several times. Still no response. This company is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I'm furious.
Order a 5x8 rug, what I received was a moving blanket. Nylon stamped on print, the back side is quilted. Cam in a 14"x24" bag, a rug normal comes 5' long rolled up. Company kept saying sorry you don't like it and we don't do returns for that. Now the credit card sided with them. This company is fraudulent, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Ordered in late January and never received my order. Of course money was taken. No responses on e-mail. I think they took my money and folded. Too bad because I really liked my items. I learned the hard way to read reviews FIRST.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a soccer rug that took three months to arrive. When it got here, it wasn't even a rug. It was like this weird thick blanket thing that had stains all over it! I just flushed fifty bucks down the toilet.
I am so upset they should have indicated on the website that this product is from china I still have not received my rug it is very upsetiing and when i check the tracking it shows that it is still in china has never left china to be shipped to california I may ask my bank to refund my money if i dont get more information to them
I ordered this rug, photographed it was a thick pile and looked very attractive.
I got this skinny thing with a black border around it more like a wall hanging I contacted the company and they offered 30% off. I am now stuck with this thin piece of material which I don't want.

I ordered a quilt from these people in early January... it was described as 100% Pima cotton... all organic... IT IS NOT EVEN CLISE TO COTTON! It is not soft... it is smooth and shiny... I'm sure water will run off it like plastic!
The people I got it for would take me for an idiot if I tried to pass it off as cotton! So aggravating to be scammed...

I found this site on Facebook and I thought that they screened their sites, but I was wrong, this company is a scam. I ordered on January 22,2020, and received an email the next day that they had got my order, I checked my bank account and they had already taken money out. Over the course of the next month they said my order was being made, then received email it was at inspection a week or two later. I didn't hear anything for another week or so and then came the emails about the cornavirus and the another about they had to shut down because of covid 19 and my order was still in inspection. I looked them up and got an address in Paris, France. Now mind you I ordered a king size comforter and this is the size for full size and two pieces of cheap material with a zipper sewn together. I payed $79.00 plus shipping. I believe Facebook should bring charges against who ever this is and give all of us our money back. Also they need to screen what ads they allow on this site. I just received my pkg after trying to locate them on web Thurs March 26th and was very suspicious pkg, on the return address it said Return 4 Disposal Service, 246-23 Brookville Blvd, Rosedale, NY ******* in the mail. Was very small pkg., which brings me to something interesting, there is a site on Facebook called Fab? With a lot of the same product, I commented and emailed several remarks to them, like Are you calling yourself by a new name to scam more people?, and Where does your product ship from? Then emailed that I was going to turn them in to Facebook for scamming people and a couple days later this package shows up. I don't know if I will ever get my money back

False advertising. What I ordered was nothing at all what I received. Poor quality. Believe they copycat products and send junk. As of this week the email address is defunct. I returned the item and have received no response.
I ordered a bedspread in January. It is now the end of March and not only do I not have the item I have already paid for, I have not heard a word from them! Do not order from this company!
