I ordered 3 sets of brushes during a "sale". I do not understand why they would HEAVILY advertise a sale if they could not meet the demand. I ordered 2 months ago and have not received them.

So I ordered back in APRIL. And it said it would be to me in 2 weeks and it's been over a month. I've messaged over and over again to the point I asked for a refund and now nobody wants to answer back to me. I just wish someone would answer back or just give me a refund.

Worse company ever! Nnn scam Don't buy anything from them! I send an email because no have phone number to call I asked for my order they keep replying on the way almost 2 months is on way! Company is not in Unites states That's what my bank account said I regret so much! I rather get them from
Ulta or Sephora!

I bought 3 sets of makeup brushes from there a month ago and still have yet to receive more order. I have also emailed them twice the first one they replied but didn't give me any information. They told me they would look into it and get back with me (that was over 2 weeks ago) and they have still yet to reply to my other email.

Ok so I've been seeing that lady ketki replying saying that they don't sell brushes when I've just bought brushes from Kaycee beauty and well $#*! I've been scammed so wtf do I do now

They take for ever to respond. When they do they respond with what seems to be an automated email. Coming up on a month since I placed my order still no real response from company and no package! And I have already been charged

I placed an order on April 25,2020 and when my order was placed it said I would have my packed in approx 2 weeks. Well I'm coming up on the 1 month mark and still nothing! Like another reviewer said, I'm beginning to believe this site is a scam!

I ordered brush sets weeks ago and still haven't received them. I even read reviews and they were great saying they arrived early and they're amazing brushes. I've been patiently waiting for their arrival and still nothing.

I placed my order April 27th 2020 and i am still waiting on my order i have several emails and have had no response. At this point i believe this company is a scam and i will be filing a fraud charge wirh my bank.

DON'T DO IT! This is totally a scam! You will not receive your items. They take your money! And NO BRUSHES!

I placed an order about a month ago for their brushes. They charged my credit card immediately but, never send the items. I've hear of others who had the same problem. They take your money and never send you a tracking number or the items. This company is a total scam. I will contact my credit card to get my money back
