I honestly don't know if they're are a legitimate poorly ran business or just people trying to scam you. I didn't receive an order number upon ordering no receipt nothing. They have a site but no social media and one form of contact which I deem suspicious in this age of technology. I do not believe they have an automative response email but they say the same thing regardless of your questions so I believe they do that out of rudeness. I contacted my bank after day 20 of no email or shipping info to refund my money so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for the simple fact it's not professional, you have no way of contacting them other than email and they don't even respond based on your concerns. If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered brushes 3 months ago thinking they were having a sale (which later found it they were not). One set I ordered as a gift to give a family member, well that date has come abs gone. No extended times on shipping had been a notice during purchase nor did I know they were coming from another freaking country. It says allow up to 45 days if 45 days have passed to contact them. It took them a MONTH to even get them moving from their place in another country! I've asked for help multiple times through email they just keep telling me their sorry and send me my tracking number to track it! My last email I requested refund procedure instructions because I don't even want their trash at this point, and I've been ignored and still haven't heard Back and it's been 7 days now! I plan on reporting them to better business Bureau and disputing the transaction. Ps there hasn't been an update on tracking in 16 daya now also. Something seems fishy! Oh and funny you can't leave customer reviews on their site, they must pick the very few positive reviews they have had and just post those. I can't post a review on their page! Such a shame! Hopefully for their sake they respond to my email within the 48 hrs I've given them... We shall see! But I don't recommend them one bit!
I ordered from them and they charged my card 30.00. I never received an order number or the brushes! I wrote to them and they claimed they have no record of the sale even though there name is on the charge. I wrote back to them and now they won't respond. Please don't get scared by these fakes!
I ordered a set of brushes. Money was taken immediately from my a count had email to say on the way should arrive in 7 to 10 days with a fake tracking number. I've emailed them too many times but get no reply. I'm starting to think theyve taken my cash and done one
Placed an order over a month ago. Tracking number doesnt even work, takes you through to some weird web page when trying to copy order number. Wish a read the reviews first. Such a scam!
I never received my order. I can't get a hold of anyone thru e-mails. They said my order would be delivered in 2-3weeks well that was at the end of April. Not only did it take 3× the time but it never got delivered. I am so disgusted with this company!
This website is a scam I have the same complaint as the others one here of not receiving my order and not being able to get a refund. If you read this go to econsumer.gov and report them so the website will get shut down.
I ordered brushes from this company weeks ago, and all they have done is change my delivery date. My brushes are not coming in and it is a scam. The brush sets are a rip off because they don't actually come in or get delivered. it is a waste of your money. I researched more reviews and they all say the same thing. Some people even said its been two months and they still have not gotten the brush sets after emailing them and calling them about it. I wish I had seen those reviews before I ordered. Apparently they give fake order numbers as well. waste of money.
I ordered from the sale of their packs of brushes for only $10. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. They also gave me a fake tracking number so that also made me suspicious. I've even tried to email them about a refund and they have yet to respond. Don't order from this company.

If I could give this website 0 starts I EFFIN would. Why did I buy my brushes in April and it's June C R A Z Y I been trying to track it and I never got any updates until today. JUST FOR THE WEBSITE to tell me for 1 whole month it's still in China and it's not going to be here almost another month. I should've ordered it fro from wish if it would take the same dang time for more money. Jesus
Keep getting a wrong tracking #, no so much "wrong" but FAKE, how does it take 3 months for something to arrive? Hoping I get another response soon other than another fake tracking number
Ordered from KayceeBeauty.com on April 27, ordered 4 sets of brushes. Still haven't come. I emailed their "Customer Service" email just to get a generic response of "sorry, what's your tracking & order #?" I give it to them, wait another 2 weeks for nothing, just to email again and get the same response. I have emailed them 3 times now telling them I just want a refund and they don't even acknowledge it. They gave me a USPS tracking # that didn't work and said there was no parcel to track, no information with that #, and I complained about that. Now, magically, 3 days later, they give me an international tracking # (wasn't told it was coming from overseas) and the date that they receive the parcel information was the last day I emailed... about 4 days ago... total crap. I will never order from that site again. I haven't even gotten the product to evaluate and see how good it is. If I ever get it, I will do another review on that.
Awful awful awful no customer service no answer. We ordered brushes and 4 and half Months later still nothing we got an international tracking number but it jus says at arrived at the airport. No Location etc or it does tell you it comes from china. It's a complete waste
Ordered the brushed on the 15th May. Today it is 4th June. No brushes have arrived. They have charged my account and I have received nothing despite sending multiple emails to them which they have not responded to. DO NOT order from this website.
Do not order brushes from these guys! I ordered 3 sets of brushes 2 months ago all I got was an email saying they're on the way and I got a tracking number that doesn't exsist! I've sent about 10 emails and haven't gotten any reply. Those of you who actually got your stuff are lucky. I had to flag the purchase on my account and I'm about to report these guys!
Has to be the absolute worst company. Ordered some brushes that never showed up, tried to email several times and got nothing back!
I have yet to receive my order as it's taking so long i've send 3 emails and no yet got one back. I spend over £60 using my birthday money and i have no words i don't trust this website there's no number or tracking and i want my money back.
I bought 3 sets of brushes. You can't contact anyone or when I wrote them. I was told they're on there way.Its been a month. Nothing sent out. But got a conformation tracked it... doesn't even exists. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company.! Pure scam!
