I ordered a set of brushed, It been over three months and I still haven't received them. I contacted them by email three times and every time I get the same answer " check your tracking number" it is ridiculous

This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT order from them. I ordered 2 sets of brushes on April 21st, 2020. And it is not August 13th and NOTHING. I've emailed them multiple times. All they say is sorry for the delays and they are on their way. But when i type in my tracking number, it says it's expired now. Terribly company, terrible customer service. Do not recommend

I have been waiting on 4 sets of brushes sense March! I have contacted the company and everything trying to track and find my brushes. They have been very short and non helpful. Not satisfied. If and when I get my brushes I'll never buy from them again

I ordered 3 sets of brushes on April 12th 2020 it is now August 12,2020 and I have yet to receive these brushes I have sent over 30 emails to them and guess what nothing I havent received my product. Its super annoying your customer service is a freaking joke I am so pissed DONT BUY anything from them EVER!

I'd give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered my brushes and have been waiting for 3 months. I recently checked the tracking and it says my delivery has expired. Please do not waste your money on this scamming company!

They got me with the $10 brush sets (that were supposed to be limited time only). After waiting for over 2 months to receive my order I learned that the quality of these brushes were literally only $10. You have better chances at finding Better brushes at Walmart. They look cheap and fall apart. Please do not order from this company!

I bought brushes from them I haven't received it's now the 5th month and they are not sending me a refund or sending me a new product this is the worst customer service I have ever received the keep issuing me an apology and telling me to be patient for how long will I be patient for.

I never received my order from April. It's now August I've sent numerous emails and haven't heard anything back.

I bought 3 brush sets over 4months ago and still haven't received anything. I've sent countless emails and yet no ones gotten back to me. I've given them the benefit of the doubt with covid with the delays but there is no excuse for ignoring customer emails. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

I only gave it one star because the review wouldn't post without a star! There should be such a thing as negative stars! Ordered some makeup brushes in April. This is mid-August and still have not received them. Received tracking info at the end of May but it was fake info. Have emailed customer service 5 times with no response. Total ripoff! Do not waste your money!

My daughter ordered on the 10th of May with £5 extra paid for tracking.
Despite her completely understanding that things may get delayed she still hasn't got her order even now... 8th of August. Not only that, their communication is hopeless, and they aren't even offering a refund.We won't be stopping until my daughter gets her money back, this lot deserve every bad review going.

I would give negative stars if it allowed me to! Ordered in April & it's now August. Customer service is HORRIBLE - sends vague responses. Do NOT buy from them! You won't get it! They are in China.

Complete scam - took my money and I never received my order (been 6 months now). I should have noticed something was wrong when I was able to proceed to payment without the option of converting the price from USD to GBP.

Placed my order in April paid for it it is now July and I still don't have my order 40.00 it's always something with customer support
