I ordered 6 sets of brushes. Its been 8 months and I still have yet to receive anything. I keep in touch with their Email and they keep saying its "on the way". Don't waste your money. If I could give negative stars I totally would.
DO NOT ORDER from this company! Complete scam you will never receive your order. I order $40 worth of brushes and had a few friends and family place a order, none of us have received anything it has been 8 months!

Here, I ordered 4 brush sets in April! And still have not received them! I ordered them before I was pregnant and now I'm about to have my baby which gives you a perspective of how long it's been. This is not okay. And I need a refund now.
To start of, this company doesn't even deserve one star! I placed my order with them back in May and its now November and still NO BRUSHES! I have reached out to their customer service multiple times and they reply back with useful information. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. This for sure has been the worst shopping experience ever! Don't waste your time and money!
I ordered 3 sets of brushes In March 2020 after seeing this company on Instagram. It is a complete Scam. I have NOT received them. They don't reply to emails and even when they do, they are refusing to give me a refund even though it has been 8 months.
I ordered $30 worth of brushes in April! I have messaged them repeatedly and it's the same generic response that it is sent. The tracking number has EXPIRED. I can't even track it. Don't order from here... for real.
I came across a promo kaycee beauty were having on snapchat and decided to place an order. I placed an order since march 2020 and it is November 2020, i am yet to receive the brushes i ordered. I have sent a lot of emails and they keep telling me my order is on the way because it is an international order. They have stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KAYCEE BEAUTY, THEY ARE CRIMINALS.
I placed my order in May and still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times with no response back at all.

I ordered back in March/April. Never received my order. Getting the run around WHEN they answer my emails. If someone has a suit against them let me know I WANT IN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Do not order from this site! I ordered my brushes back in March, Its literally been 7 months and I have messaged the customer service people and they reply the same every email (if they reply at all)
They say: Apologies for the delay.
"Our old supplier took months to ship orders that is why the tracking's have expired, but rest assured that your orders will be delivered.

This is the most horrifying experience I have ever had with a company. $#*! this place, They are straight trash and refuse to refund me. Use your money elsewhere, they literally steal from people.
I have constantly reached out to customer service due to them not having a phone number to contact them for tracking assistance. It's been 6mnths and still have not received my 4 sets of brushes that I ordered. I have sent them about 10 plus emails maybe more for assistance and they just have not been very helpful with my tracking! LIKE WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL!
I haven't received my brushes yet it's a total scam. The customer service sucks so bad I've sent countless of emails and the only thing I get back is " sorry but I hope you like your brushes when you receive them" which will be never because I have been waiting since April for my brushes. It's already September and I'm highly upset that they don't want to give me my money back.

Never received my brushes. It has been 5 months now. I emailed repeatedly and I just got the runaround. Now they will not respond. Money is gone and no brushes.
It says on the website that shipping would take 7-14 days, but it has been over a month and I have not gotten my brushes yet. I have also contacted their customer service multiple times, with no replies, and the one time that they did reply, they sent me a fake, expired tracking link. Please don't buy your makeup brushes from this brand, and instead, buy them from a more reliable place.
Ordered brushes months ago. And still waiting on them. Sent several emails with them promising they will be delivered. Opened the tracking number they gave me. It doesn't work. And now web page is not working.

I ordered 3 different brush set on April 25,2020 and as of today, I still have not received items. I have emailed Kaybee Beauty and the only reply I've gotten back is " I'm Sorry" you should receive your items". I have asked for a refund but they said since the items were shipped they could not give a refund. I get an email today saying that they have a new supplier and that my order will be delivered. Once again I said it's been4 months and if I have not gotten the old order it's lost somewhere and I need a refund or my items shipped express. BUT that was a FLAT NO... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
I ordered my brushes in April, it's is now August, and still no brushes. I've reached out to the company support on multiple occasions and it takes literally WEEKS for them to respond if they even do. The ratio so far is 9:3. I've sent 9 emails, they've responded 3 times, literally weeks apart. I have been refused a refund and the tracking number from 17Track has expired. So, my money is down the drain, having paid for brushes that are now, for lack of a better term, lost. I can guarantee I will never be ordering from this company again.
It's been 4 months since I ordered. I still haven't received anything. Their customer service is just as worse, they have pasted the same response to all my emails. Don't even waste your time. Now waiting my for a refund let's see how long that'll take
