I ordered in May! I have not received anything! Nor a refund! It just says on "its way" and that was last month! Scam! Dont order from them!

It has been over 3mo & still no item. Won't reply to my email requesting a refund either. & I found the same exact makeup brushes on eBay for $11 cheaper.

I ordered my brushes in may and its July now. No brushes no answer no money. This looks like a scam

I ordered and paid for three brush sets on 4/27/2020 and have not received them. I contacted them 2 months ago and they replied apologizing for the delay, after that they never followed up with me as they promised. I just emailed them requesting for a refund, well see how that goes. I am unsatisfied with their service.

I ordered brushes over 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. I have emailed customer service 3 different times, the last two to request a refund. No response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay far away from this company. All they do is take your money for a product they have no intention of ever delivering. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I purchased 3 brush sets May 21 and have never received my order. I have tried emailing them 3 times with my order number asking for an update and have yet to hear back from them. This feels like a scam

I purchase brushes in April, it is now July and still haven't received them in the mail, the tracking information they give isn't valid and when you try to contact them you don't get a reply. 14.90 down the drain.

I ordered in 2 months ago and I still haven't received them (I probably wont). I've contacted them 7 times, same response. "What is your order number, we will look into it, your item has shipped heres your shipping number..." its not even a real tracking number! Its a scam and most of us felt for it

I ordered my package in April and it's July and I have not yet revived my package! I have sent multiple emails and they ignore it not only that, but when i use the website they gave me to track my order it says that there is no location found for my package! Wtf! I would not recommend this website. Take your business elsewhere!

Ordered these brushes with high hopes then when they eventually came after waiting a month I was to then relise they were the ones on shein for £5.99. Absolutely shocking!

I ordered my brushes on April 27th here it is July 9th still NO BRUSHES! No update or nothing. I reached to them numerous of times for an update and they gave me this bogus tracking number that really doesn't tell you anything. Never again

So first of all I never got anything and it's been over 3 months now and I kept trying to get ahold of them and never got any replies and I tried to leave a review and you can't even leave one there is no section for that... I'm so upset I got played like this I definitely don't recommend this page and I hope everyone stays away if they don't want to get ripped off..

I ordered before Easter. Today is July 5th and I still have not received my order!

I ordered 4 sets of brushes 2 months ago, and still have not received them or a email back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. & will never purchase from this business again.

I ordered two sets of brushes in MAY 2020, I still have yet to receive them. I got a "tracking number" that set me to a website. The website said my order was not found. No one has gotten back to me about my order but they took my money! I DO NOT recommend this website at all! If I could give 0 stars i would!

I ordered brushes 3 months ago, so far no goods, no reply from customer services and no refund. After one month I received an email with a tracking number, that showed a package in China two months later the tracking still says exactly the same, supposed to be a USA company but they are just thieves, STAY AWAY

So I ordered a brush set and a makeup bag on 04/10/2020. Never received my items. And I contacted customer service and all they said to me was my order was on the way and gave me the tracking number. It's almost July so I asked for a refund and no one ever got back to me. So basically if you want to hand out money than order from them. But I don't think I'm getting my money back or getting the items I received.
