I ordered some make up brushes back in May 2020 and I am still yet to receive them. Every email sent chasing the deliver is either a return email with a tracking link which does not work or radio silence. In total 24 emails have been sent to them and I have now given up any hope of a refund or brushes. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy from them as you will be very very disappointed and out of pocket!

I ordered a brush set in 2020 and till this day, I haven't received anything. I have emailed and emailed and still nothing. I am never EVER ordering from them again.

I'm so frustrated with this company. The clothes don't look anything like what they advertise on pictures. The quality is horrible. I wanted to return them but the shipping is $30 since the company is in Shanghai!
They won't pay for the shipping. Every time I email them I get a job sense email back!
Spent $84 so mad!

Tried returning a dress that did not fit. They do not have a return policy. They wanted to give me $4.00! Shove it!

I only wish I had read these reviews before I went ahead with this purchase! The quality of these tops is just awful... I could not believe my eyes... I would have done better at a junk store... BEWARE & read the reviews before you buy anything!

I ordered 3 set of brushes and it never arrived, even though sending several emails they keep saying... it is on the way... but even until 8 months my brushes never arrived. And, again when emailed them, my email bounced back. So, clearly this company is a BIG SCAM... SCAM... SCAMMMMMMMMMMM!

I ordered my brushes in may 2020 and here in March 2021 I still haven't recieved them emailed them like 10times got some replies that didn't help they said they were checking on my order never heard but so don't buy from them! Also I have to rate it to post but I would put a -10

I ordered a set of brushes in May. Of 2020! Almost a year later, I have not received them. I have sent countless emails asking for my money back and have gotten no reply. K do not recommend this place. It's got to be a scam. The only positive reviews I've seen seem very scripted, too.

Disappointed experience with kaycee beauty wouldn't recommend to anyone. You're better buying in store

I ordered 9 months ago and i haven't received my brushes nor my money, they deleted their email i don't know what to do at this point, they just stole my money!

Ordered, paid and never got anything. Thieves! Please don't order from them. Their email or customer service didn't work. And the picture says shipped nope fake! Buy from Walmart instead.

I ordered a set of makeup brushed from them back in August thinking I would get my brushes in two weeks like the site said. It's now December 23 and all I've gotten was an email (after I had to reach out to them asking about my package) basically saying that the shipping number was expired but it's on the way. It can't be "on the way" for 5 MONTHS!

I've tried asking for my money back, but that didn't work. I've worked with them on getting a replacement, but it's still taking 5 months to get here. These brushes better be gold-standard quality or all of this waiting will be for naught.
