I knew exactly what I was looking for since I had already done my homework. The website was easy to use. My only issue was that even though the parcel said it had to be signed for, Australia Post left it in the letterbox (it is a very large one so not visible) but I was away so it sat in there for a full day. Luckily it was still there when I got home.
