Super fast delivery. Professional service. As described.

I came across JW Computers when searching for a suitable mesh system upgrade. After seeing what they had available on my short-list I canvassed other sites. Pricing, for the most part was well above JW's price. I placed an order which was delivered quickly and with updates on order processing along the way.

Prompt service and goods delivered were as described online.

Maybe have apple pay as a website option. Also it would be great to have more products on display on the shop floor so you can try before you buy.

Tedious, I kept receiving emails saying that I hadn't yet paid and when I called the warehouse they told me it was being shipped, so kinda stressful and annoying

Waited long enough to become bored, I started to grow a beard amd turned into a goblin, by the time the delivery guy came he saw me as a nobody 😅

Ordered and got delivered within 3 days. It was fast and good.

After accepting my purchase online on your website at checkout. I was surprised to see the extra charge of $15.00 for using Afterpay, something, I have not experienced with previous online purchases.

And having paid a delivery fee the courier StarTrack, who, I presumed was going to deliver to our home made the delivery to a post office approximately 14 klm away. The parcel had been held at StarTrack for a week prior to delivery to the post office.

When we finally collected the parcel we thought we had been sent the wrong product due to the oversized box. After opening this oversized box a much smaller box was discovered floating around inside. The interior of this oversized box did not contain any packing whatsoever so the iPad box had been rolling around all the way from the company. We were extremely apprehensive that the product may have become damaged in transit.

Prompt delivery and communications. Really appreciate this :)

I contacted JW Computers, I didn't get the staff member's name, his demeanour on the phone was incredibly warm and welcoming

Took a bit longer than expected for delivery, but customer support was good and very helpful with following up
