Information about the product was incomplete. For example the USB A port is for power input only, it can't be used for touch screen data use. This is odd because the monitor ships with a 240v to USB A power supply but not a USB A-USB A cable. Both USB C ports work for touch data, power and display video, the monitor ships with USB A-USB C and USB C-USB C cables. There is no mention in the printed guide about the power only capability of the USB A port.
