Happy with the process and support. Would have been better if explained on initial shipping notification the second item ( Asus NUC) was being shipped by partner and different timeline. Their shipping info ( Global Express Team) did not populate your tracking system properly, kept advising "invalid tracking number". Had to go to Global Express website to track.

The stylus is average for note-taking or design work but adds value if you don't have a touchscreen laptop. While it does draw power from my laptop, which can drain the battery a bit quicker, the convenience and versatility more than make up for it.
