Ordering was easy the recipient had the tracking number and postage was not long at all arrived together and in a nice big sturdy box and was a signed drop off only.

All good except for the delivery problem by Australia Post. It might be out of your control BUT you can still let them know that some of their delivery people are not at least contacting the customer via the intercom system.but are just leaving it in the foyer.

Needed it quickly and staff very helpfully expedited it. Very good experience.

Happy with the process and support. Would have been better if explained on initial shipping notification the second item ( Asus NUC) was being shipped by partner and different timeline. Their shipping info ( Global Express Team) did not populate your tracking system properly, kept advising "invalid tracking number". Had to go to Global Express website to track.
