The warehouse and supplier has made me feel disappointed as I was expecting like what JW Computer's delivery policy says that it takes about 1 - 3 days to process but took longer because it had to wait another 1 - 3 days to get the item from the supplier to your warehouse, which takes about 6 days in total and then dispatch the item which will take another 1 - 3 days from the courier to my place.
It's a shame that the items were good but how the process was delayed overall was not a good experience. Good thing Post Australia did a good job on delivering as soon as possible.

JW is much better than the chain stores, they are upfront about stock and delivery times, prepare orders very quickly, and the staff are always polite and courteous. The price difference is usually negligible and they have good loyalty deals too!

The order didn't get properly processed after purchase. I called up 5 days later to enquire and that was what was needed to get it completed and then sent for delivery. Otherwise worked well.
Actual sale and delivery was top notch. Four emails for multiple reviews on multiple sites later, not so much.
