Order placed on 6 January with a delivery date of 5-7 business days. Today is 27 January and still have not received my order. I understand there was an attempted delivery on 15 January, after which I have attempted to get it redelivered multiple times, lied to by the delivery team promising it will be delivered the following day, multiple times only to find out it was never marked for redelivery. Not acceptable.

"Products that are in stock are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days. Products that are built-to-order, like our Custom Built Computers normally take 5-7 business days unless you have selected a priority service option."

We live in an age of Amazon, and while I understand other retailers don't have the capacity to deliver things as quickly, this could be addressed by regular updates on delivery times, particularly if an item has not been shipped by say 3, 5, 8 business days. The order took just under 2 weeks to be delivered which is not really okay when items are marked as in stock.

Not allowing your customers refunds is disgraceful. You take their money, but you won't return it when appropriate, only offer them store credit, which results in (a) you still getting their money, and (b) them buying products they don't need just to use the store credit. Tight-$#*! bastards running the show there.

I know a little bit about computers (a little) but that's more than for a lot of women my age. I try not to be too confusing when I order stuff, but of course I stuff up a lot. This often means guys assume I'm a total idiot, or know more than I do, neither of which is true. :) I'm just someone who finds computers and computing incredibly interesting. Anyway, thank you for the help, and not treating me like a total idiot.

Had to call the Bankstown store a few times to confirm stock availability. Staff were polite, friendly ad professional. Thank you.

Awesome range of products, allowing me to building a complete gaming pc to now building a whole security and network system for my new home build.

The whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly.
JW Computers pricing for my phone was incredible. I would definitely recommend them.

Beware of their terrible Return Policy!

As a lot of people have mentioned, as soon as you've opened the package, you lose 25% if you try to return it!

If you insist on buying from JW Computers, make sure you've actually used the product before and like it, otherwise you're gonna lose a chunk of money if the product doesn't meet your expectations and you try to return it. Don't make the same mistake I did! Plus you only have 7 days to return stuff.

I bought BenQ Screenbar Halo 2 for $269 (yes I know it is expensive but I wanted the very best for my home office setup) and was feeling lightheaded and dizzy from the lighting so I tried to return the product after a week. I lodged an online form and was promptly rejected by the online team without any reasoning, which is ridiculous so I went into the store. There I was told my return is still a change of mind (although the product clearly didn't meet my expectation and was causing health issues) and I have to cop $70 restocking fee! Yet the product as well as the packaging were still perfectly in tact too, perfect condition. What an incredibly predatory policy and process. Their prices may be competitive but after my experience, I believe it's worth paying a little bit more for peace of mind when returning things.

Good customer service in the store though, the guys were genuinely trying to be helpful. Still, not recommended!

We bought our daughter's gaming chair and it is totally awesome. We are so happy with the quality and styling. Our daughter is beyond happy. Delivery was quick and safe.

I purchased a pre-built system from them, and their customer service was consistently helpful whenever I had issues with parts or questions about time frames.

The website was easy to navigate, the MX Master mouse was easy to pair, and I am happy with the purchase overall. The only downside was having to pay for shipping; otherwise, everything was great.

We bought a Raze Mouse. Price was good in comparison to other stores and item was delivered in a timely and reasonable timeframe with little time spent before delivery was started. Item was in perfect condition when it arrived.

At 1st I was slightly disappointed as after a week I hadn't received my order & with Christmas closing in & it being a gift I got in touch with Paul A who was more than helpful. He chased things up for me & kept me updated with my orders progress which was great to see. As Soon as my order arrived with you guys Paul made sure it was posted asap & my order arrived before Christmas. It's understandable that things happen during the Christmas period rush but as far as follow up help is concerned JW Computers we're more than helpful in sorting things out which was much appreciated. I would definitely do business with you guys again regardless

My delivery time for click and collect was a bit longer than expected, but when I called to question it, the staff were very friendly in helping me with my enquiry and were also very efficient when I went to pick it up.

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE! I intentionally purchased my computer monitor with JWComputers (JWC) because of past experience and my loyalty as a customer. After this purchase I will not shop online with JWComputers again. JWC have a MAJOR flaw in their online shop. The purchaser of an item CAN NOT ELECT AN AUTHORISED PERSON TO PICK UP THE ITEM. This means my wife could not shop online and have me pick up the purchase (click & collect) on my way home from work. UNDER THEIR CURRENT SYSTEM - THE PURCHASER MUST PERSONALLY PICK UP THE PURCHASE. WHAT A TOTAL FIASCO THIS CREATED - NEVER AGAIN. JWC have lost me/us. You need to think about the implications of this flawed policy. JWComputers COULD EASILY PROVIDE THE OPTION FOR THE PURCHASER TO ELECT AN AUTHORISED PICK UP PERSON AS A PART OF THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS. Not providing this option is going to result in many lost online customers. When JWC starts seeing online sales dropping this flawed policy might be a contributing factor. IF YOU ARE SHOPPING AT JWComputers ONLINE CALL THEM AND ASK ABOUT THE ABOVE BEFORE YOU BUY. At the time of my purchase there was no notification about this policy during my checkout.

The ASUS NUC 15 Pro+ (with Intel Core 7 plus) is great and not many stores stock it locally. Shipping and delivery was a little slower than expected but overall delivered in just over 1 week.

Happy customer here. They stocked the product I was looking for and it was a good price. Ordering was easy and it arrived quickly.

JW were great. Were able to source what I wanted, for a good price. And handed delivery over to Aus Post quickly.
But Aus Post took a couple of days to get the small package out of Sydney, then it sat at Tuggerah depot for 5 days, before final leg to my address.
