Good experience, patience customer service and good deal offered

Saw the website and thought it was good, it exceeded my expectations, it was awesome. Fast delivery time and product came in undamaged.

So far, excellent service and speedy delivery. Product is a gift so unable to review just yet.

No complains overall, only that the tracking information from StarTrack says that the date of the delivery is only an estimate, kinda pointless if you planned to stay at home just to wait to receive the item.

I had an issue with the postal service selected, and they immediately refunded the extra I had paid and committed to update the info on their website that had confused me. At the end of the process, this is what I wrote to the customer service person, Paul.

"I sincerely appreciate the effort you and JW are going to to ensure customers are happy with the experience. We've all been burned by online sellers who don't take customer service seriously, and to have a provider be so conscientious is really valuable. I am now a loyal customer, and in combination with best prices, I will seek my tech purchases from JW in the future, and I will take the opportunity to make that feedback public on your socials and any forum I participate in asking for tech seller recommendations.

I usually don't bother to do things like this, but they really impressed me.

Just hoping that now i have duplicated my PayPal information, that I am not inundated by promotion material. :)
