The website was easy to use and had a wide variety of well-priced computer equipment. I ordered multiple parts for a complete computer build, and it didn't ship within 5 business days as per their website. When I rang, I spoke to a knowledgeable person who was able to access my order, determine that the case was on back order and provide an alternative at a similar price that would be available immediately. They even provided express shipping and it arrived the next day, which was Christmas eve! Absolutely excellent service and would recommend to anyone.
